    Hello Dy Ann. Sept 22 grad here. 54 yo. Still going strong on 20:4. If anyone is on the fence, just do it! This is the only thing that has worked for me in the past 10 years. Brain fog gone, more energy, not hungry during day, feast well during my 4 hour feast period and feel very full. Down 18 pounds since Sept. but more importantly, my skin is glowing and inflammation gone.

    I tend to yo 18 to 20 hours of intermittent fast . I noticed that if I eat one meal a day works for me me but I want to know is how much should I eat , how big my portions should be . Thanks

    hi I do fast I have a very fixaual job and I am a caregiver I have to fuel my body can't do any long fast I have to work to take care of my family I eat clean and I am in good heath in my 50s I out work my coworker I feel for the young I work with they have no stamina and they are out of shape it's sad 😢

    My weight is doing up and down saga even though I am doing more than the 20 hrs fast. Body is feeling good

      That up and down is a good sign. It means you are alive and your body is working.

    Can you give me a little info on course format (daily lessons/weekly lessons?). I just want to make sure I take this course during a month when I can devote adequate time to the content as well as the group chat. May is a crazy month for me with a graduate in the house but would love to take this course soon!!

      Very easy format. You have access to a new lesson every day. You can access the lessons on your own time. And you will have LIFETIME access to your content. So you can go back and review as much as you’d like to.

      Yes, they are food. What you put into your fasting window will hinder what you are fasting for if you are fasting for healing purposes. Or for hormonal balance. I always recommend playing it safe and just assume everything breaks a fast.
