Oh no :( You have to pull very carefully! But also it depends on the quality of the string too. Have you seen my fixing mistakes video? You can add more string to your bracelet

I know you won't see this comment, since you posted that video 3 years ago, but I wanted to thank you. Every tutorial I watched was for "beginners" but none of them made sens. You're amazing, the way you explain things makes them easy and simple.
So I was working on my first bracelet, the chevron, and the colors kept popping through and I wish I would have known the trick to fix them bc I’d sit there for a good 5-10 picking the knot out with tweezers 😂
I had this trouble too and I figured out it was because I was tightening the strings too much so that the "bottom" color was showing and not the correct "top" color. Gotta hold that "bottom" thread taut when knotting the "top" thread around it, then slowly pull the "top" thread up just enough that it's tight but not too tight. Tie the knots too tight and the colors get all flipped around. I hope that makes sense and helps anyone else with that problem! Practice makes perfect, don't worry if your first one isn't perfect.
Even if you are a pro this is would be helpful to just work on your technique and see how it has changed from when you started out 👏😊 Tip: If you have already memorized the chevron pattern I recommend to do a single color chevron bracelet they come out so pretty💕

Make a look like you would when tying shoes but instead of putting your finger through it take it and wrap it around your finger. Take your finger out and put the original look in it and pull but not too tight Incase you want to adjust it

Oh no :( You have to pull very carefully! But also it depends on the quality of the string too. Have you seen my fixing mistakes video? You can add more string to your bracelet
you could make it a ring :) or a keychain
