Seems like it was filmed before the Pyramide entrances to the Louvre were built. Fewer people, less cars on the roads. Paris is even more beautiful and charming then.

The Place des Vosges was Place Royale before 1789 Revolution. Its new name was due to the fact that the inhabitants of the Vosges region (in the East of France) were the first to have paid income taxes after the Revolution.

Somebody seems to be in a hurry.None of the images last for more than 3 seconds ; not enough time for the eyes to even appreciate the beauty of the monuments let alone the details.Real let down for the afficionados who would love to get a good preview of the famed city of Romance .

When traveling to Europe, always take rolls of new pennies, nickels and dimes, to give to the young people, they love it. And big bottles of aspirin to leave for the maids. Aspirin is by prescription only in Europe. and try a can of rabbit and gravy! In Paris, they have pastry with 7 halves of apricots and gel. Had that and a coffee, on a park bench every morning! You can go into dellies and they will build a sandwich to your order.

Useful but be forewarned. Here is what they should have told you:
    1. All videos were shot in winter There are no leaves on any trees. Much of the beauty of Paris is missing.
    2. The videos are at least 30 years old: before the Louvre Pyramid.
    3. There are NO INTERIOR images anywhere. None of the charming enclosed shopping streets. You cannot appreciate the Opera, the Musee D'orsay, Sainte Chappelle, Galeries LaFeyette, for example without seeing the interiors.
The narrator has an annoying downbeat voice. Totally lacking in enthusiasm.

    • @legendarycondor
      @legendarycondor 5 років тому

Barry Milliken you are mistaken, the area where pyramid is wasn’t shown. Only the internal courtyard was shown. There’s no way this video quality is 30 years old either.

    • @straveller4226

Why do people always put annoying music behind someone speaking? It makes it much more difficult to hear what the person is saying it has absolutely nothing to the video. Please refrain from doing this in the future.

The word " ذرة " used in this verse
means itom. Smaller than itom indicate that there are particles smaller than itom.
You don't know Arabic. Learn and study more. It is better and in your interests to believe in Almighty Allah and worship Him only and believe that prophet Muhammad is His last and final messenger.
If you see the meaning of itom in Arabic dictionary you will come to know that itom means ذرة. It is written in dictionary.
Almighty Allah bless all of us.

Lovely video indeed. However, your voice does not do this video justice.
You sound as if you are far from as enthusiastic as one should be visiting this magnificent city.
Your voice lingers on words when finishing sentences...
Try to avoid that in your next production. A speech coach can help with that.
I dare say your English is not your mother tongue.
    A fantastic video nevertheless

One of the world's most popular tourist destinations! Historically, Paris has always had a top heavy government, which allows it's citizens and visitors to ignore their duties and responsibilities. The result is traffic terror. When visiting Paris, don't act like a Parisian. It's bad taste to add to Paris's nightmare traffic. If the residents and visitors of Paris ever accept their social responsibilities the world will smile, knowing that Paris's streets, civil servants, communities and adults, finally became law-abiding, ethical and conscientious. After two millennium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Very luxurious tonality, very breathy. This consumer driven society is having its way with me. I don’t think my oesophagus is still intact, and as for my torso, there can’t be much remaining. I fear I may be dissolving into nothing more than a sack of rubbery tubes, with flamed thin skin as its cloth, much like a succulent chicken with a provocative sauce... but without the fatty dimples. I think of the autocratic system when I think of my demise, the dominance of a demonic ruler rampaging into another’s back garden to enslave the poor and gain as much unnecessary prevalence as is possible for a megalomaniac society to bear the responsibility of, but entrusted to be carried out by the hand of Dundee FC supporters instead. May I add, the homeless vagabond got tricked, helped into his delusion by kings and the advent of pilgrimage (this is of course reference to the switch from Catholic to Protestant rule in Scottish and English society, when the monasteries were emptied and the nuns, priests, monks were thrown out onto the streets and the land they and the surrounding community tilled was taken into the possession of a minority ruling elite with affiliations to an oppressive and violent army and police system). How their ancestors must have laughed from the spirit world at thoughts of the comedy of errors that were sure to ensue in the following centuries.
