@adolfodef oh yea I'm familiar with the lore introduced in kakarot/manga. I was just pointing out the scene in the anime that either means the drug has been around longer than thought or that beast type humans existed originally and was probably the source of the animorphine which converted humans into beast type humans.

One thing you missed is that there are other kings besides King Furry. In both the anime and the manga the Ox-King rules over Fire Mountain. In the Dragonball anime two additional kings are shown. In "Goku goes to Demon land" King Kress gets Goku to rescue his kidnapped daughter misa. In "Goku vs Sky Dragon" a King Wonton rewards the winner of a martial arts tournament. Its kinda sorta imply that the Ox-King is below King Furry because when King Furry gives his crown to King Piccolo the soliders attack the Ox-King in the anime.
Usually when I do videos I follow the canon manga over anime filler. With anime I use what follows the Manga or expands on it. As for Ox-King he really was only a king in title only, and even then he'd fall under being a regional or local ruler whereas king furry is ruler of the world. As for the two filler kings, they'd fall still under local or regional rulers. Look at Emperor Pilaf as another example of having a title that has no value outside of his ego and riches.
@ProtectorCross loved your video very entertaining. I agree, I just always wondered how that kind of structure would work, especially since other regions don't appear to have kings.
I think Furry and the global military have less power than is apparent, if they presumably couldn't contend with the RRR, which before getting Goku'd was often said to be the 'greatest' or 'strongest' and 'most evil' military in the world. At the same time, if this were so, they could have simply engaged the global military in direct confrontation for control and won instead of going after the dragon balls as a means of world domination. Presumably that's what the whole army thought the dragon balls were for, but we find out that Commander Red just wanted to be tall. Was Commander Red not afraid of fighting the military in the first place? Did he think they didn't need the dragon balls to win, or was he simply incompetent as a dictator? For that matter, what is Pilaf the emperor of?
Id have to do some heavy research as I haven't read or watched anything of that series. Don't they have different factions? May be easier to do each factions policies and stances?

If anyone is wondering, there is a tidbit that states, long ago, someone used the dragon balls to become king of the world.
This was not a context I ever knew I would be interested in, much less expected anyone to analyze; yet, here we are, politics in Dragon Ball.
