Whatever you think of GT that was a great way to end the franchise by having consequences for using the dragon balls too many times. I mean it got to the point where they would willingly just let people die because they could bring them back later with the dragon balle.. Also it made sense why the Old Kai disapproved of them using the dragon balls.
1 Freeza (the GOAT) 2 Baby (so much deeper than Buu & Cell, even though I love them. The Tuffle lore alone makes for the best villain motivation in the franchise) 3 Moro (besides the wish to free prisoners, he really had GOAT potential :^) 4 King Piccolo ("generic pure evil", but his actions were still so memorable, and the first proper big baddie with big lore)
Perfect Cell is the most boring villain in DBZ. He is nothing but a discount Freeza. I far prefer Imperfect Cell as a character because he had to be crafty to achieve his goals. I even like Fat Buu more than Perfect Cell.
Tien Shinhan was so relevant in the original before the Saiyan saga. And now he is martial arts instructor with his own school, I hope Akira Toriyama’s successor Toyotarou can make him more relevant after the Tournament of Power in future Dragon Ball Super manga chapters. Let alone Launch since they have such a great chemistry in being a Dragon Ball Couple, and she is the only beloved Dragon Ball character has long forgotten. Toriyama himself stated that he didn't know how to incorporate her well into the later, more serious storylines in Dragon Ball Z. I hoped Toyotarou can bring her back since he did a revision panel of Launch a few years back.
I promise you Tien won't get anything from Toyotarou. Haven't you noticed the three main Saiyans all have new transformations along with Piccolo too? Those four are the only group cared about by the creative team

First of all well done video bro. My #1 favorite villain in the franchise is Freeza. Funny enough as a GT fan I find Syn/Omega Shenlong to be the most boring villain in the whole franchise. Close behind him is that S#17 shit of a character. Baby on the other hand is something else, and gets the #2 spot in my top DB villains list. Imagine my surprise back in the day when I started from DBZ not knowing anything on the franchise prior, to find out my glorious king favorite in the franchise Tenshinhan was a villain. Not only that, almost every friend of Goku started his journey on the wrong foot. Simple yet amazing writing.
After rewatching the King Piccolo arc, can we all agreed that we need a Master Roshi story in a Dragon Ball Super movie? I mean, it would be cool to see more of Roshi’s life as Master Mutaito’s pupil in his martial arts academy, his rivalry with younger Shen who are best friends at one time, and more of Fanfan since both men have a hopeless crush on. Especially during and the aftermath King Piccolo’s Reign of Terror when Roshi begins to build his own Martial Arts school: The Turtle School with the Ox King and Grandpa Gohan has his first pupils.

First of all well done video bro. My #1 favorite villain in the franchise is Freeza. Funny enough as a GT fan I find Syn/Omega Shenlong to be the most boring villain in the whole franchise. Close behind him is that S#17 shit of a character. Baby on the other hand is something else, and gets the #2 spot in my top DB villains list. Imagine my surprise back in the day when I started from DBZ not knowing anything on the franchise prior, to find out my glorious king favorite in the franchise Tenshinhan was a villain. Not only that, almost every friend of Goku started his journey on the wrong foot. Simple yet amazing writing.

After rewatching the King Piccolo arc, can we all agreed that we need a Master Roshi story in a Dragon Ball Super movie?
I mean, it would be cool to see more of Roshi’s life as Master Mutaito’s pupil in his martial arts academy, his rivalry with younger Shen who are best friends at one time, and more of Fanfan since both men have a hopeless crush on.
Especially during and the aftermath King Piccolo’s Reign of Terror when Roshi begins to build his own Martial Arts school: The Turtle School with the Ox King and Grandpa Gohan has his first pupils.
