    This was such an aesthetic and easy to follow recipe. Your channel is SO underrated for the quality videos you produce! I’ve been vegetarian for three months but living in an Asian household (that eats a lot of meat) has made it hard to think of any good recipes to accommodate me. I’ll be following your other recipes too:)

    Would you recommend to eat this warm (right after pan frying them) or would it still taste as good even if I it be after a few hours at room temperature?

    • @TheFoodieTakesFlight
      @TheFoodieTakesFlight  4 роки тому +1

      Hi! I really enjoy them warm since that crust is also really crisp. But they're still good even at room temp! Just not cold haha. Hope this helps :)

    • @TheFoodieTakesFlight
      @TheFoodieTakesFlight  Рік тому +1

      Hi! You can place them on a covered pan. You can easily reheat these again and even add a splash of water just so they don't dry out when ready to serve. ◡̈

    Do you drain the water out of the noodles?

    • @jahninapamintuan1849
      @jahninapamintuan1849 2 роки тому

      I tried a similar recipe before so the noodles would need to be drained as she stir fried it with the veggies an added the seasoning to it as well

    Can i make them and freeze them without cooking? I made it kinda late..

    • @TheFoodieTakesFlight
      @TheFoodieTakesFlight  3 роки тому +5

      Hi! Yes you can freeze them before cooking, similar to how you'd freeze dumplings. You can place them on a tray and make sure they're not sticking to one another. You can cook them from frozen the next day or when ready. Don't thaw them or else they'll get soggy. Hope this helps!

    Can we make this using rice flour?

    • @TheFoodieTakesFlight
      @TheFoodieTakesFlight  3 роки тому +2

      Hi, I'm afraid not 100% rice flour sine the wrappers will turn out sticky and be like crystal dumplings 😅 might be best to sub with a GF flour mix if you're looking for a GF alternative :)

    Can i freeze it raw then cook as needed?

    • @TheFoodieTakesFlight
      @TheFoodieTakesFlight  2 роки тому

      You can but I recommend to place them on a tray first (spaced apart) and freeze them for a few hours before transferring to a tight container/bag. Then you can cook them from frozen. ◡̈

    • @TheFoodieTakesFlight
      @TheFoodieTakesFlight  3 роки тому +1

      I actually used all purpose wheat flour for this. If you mean whole wheat flour, I personally haven't tried it but it may yield tougher/dried dough.
