Perhaps Dr Chaffee should ask “What are you consuming?” instead of “What are you EATING?” so people are not confused and are less likely to be tempted to avoid declaring the items that don’t belong.

To stay aware and motivated, you could ask yourself every day: 'Do I want to help my body live? Or help it die?
Then keep a 12 step Daily Journal of your keto/cnvr journey, beginning with:
1- Intro detailing WHY you want to do this.
2- How you feel about this being a new way of life.
3- List what you need to do to be successful.
4- What foods to have and what to avoid.
5- How you feel (felt) on the day of your decision.
6- Then a daily list of what you eat and most importantly,
7- What has changed and how you felt on that day you realised this.
8- What mistakes you made and
    9- How you fixed them.
{Be totally honest with yourself} and
10- Do a 7, then 30 day assessment and record this, stating everything that worked and what didn't and how you managed the first 7/30 days. Then do 90 days.
11- Refer to this journal whenever you get disheartened, to help you push through the hard stuff, to remind yourself what it was like in the beginning. To remind yourself why you are doing this.
    Then...
12- share this idea with others, to help them stick to the plan. x
    👍💖🥓🥩💃

I joined a group that promotes a heavy eating protocol with electrolytes and salt. My urine was dark and bubbly no matter how much water I drank. My filtration rate went from 65 to 54. I was also consuming some coffee because it helped my kidneys in the past. Electrolytes made the cramping worse. So no coffee, no electrolytes, no added salt. Urine finally looks normal and started losing weight. Will be getting another test in a few weeks to see if I damaged anything.

My blood glucose first thing in the morning is as low as 44 and my keytones are only .2 or .3.
I am consuming a couple of pounds of beef a day, tallow and butter and up to a cup of sheep's milk yogurt or an ounce of sheep's milk cheese, along with salt and water. I exercise regularly usually jog 1 to 2 miles daily and lift weights.
    71 year old female, 5'5", 110 lbs.
Not sure if this is optimal or if I should make any changes.
I adopted this way of eating to heal a number of inflammatory conditions including serious gastrointestinal problems all of which have normalized and I feel healthier than I ever have however I wonder how low is too low on the glucose. I do feel tend to feel tired after eating and like to take a 30 minute nap.

When doctors are guests, they don’t prioritize their appearance. Now, when they’re making their money…that’s a different story. Makes me wonder sometimes why we care so much about what doctors think- as though they are moral compasses. I don’t give them excuses anymore. They’re still ridiculously financially motivated.

I just desire to know why people supporting the (AMA) sorry for the typo edit
are any different than supporting people who support Judaism myths as TRUTHS and not folklore that continues to enslave generation after generation? and no
religion is NOT our/human history but Judaism myths Britannica IS
      and
      Crusaders-World history IS and
Moses did not write the Torah IS.
The female egg chooses every swimmer is ALSO human history, yes?
No one would be here if the egg did not FIRST choose. Politics is also human history and why Jesus was killed because of it.
The definition of the word religion is a belief in the mind a ( passed down ) tradition and
worship of a superhuman controlling power,
especially that of a personal God or Gods.
How can anyone have a ( personal God? ) He does not wear sunscreen and is most likely overworked. I will pray for him and all that he holds dear to his heart. His cat too, is SO cute.

Coffee was destroying my carnivore results . I quit caffeine in December and hooked onto decaf . I love mountain valley or gerolsteiner water . Very high quality water and the same price I was spending on decaf and heavy cream .I’d rather have that . The caffeine habit started in early childhood when I’d go to work with my aunt at Dunkin’ Donuts , back when they still wore skirts and served ppl at the counter with glass cups and saucers .
I had all the bow tie donuts soda and coffee I wanted . I hadn’t realized where the addiction was born until I went down to only beef and water .

I really need to cut out Stevia. My mind likes to play tricks on me and believe it's ok but my coffee with butter, Stevia and egg whipped, is the first thing I think of and crave. If it's obsession and you think about it often, it's an addictive behavior. Oh, the bloody mind.

This is what Lion diet showed me . Stripped down to meat and water forced me to face my addictions . Not an easy feat . I was literally pacing the floors and not sleeping well at all dying for coffee. My body doesn’t need it . Coffee leaches minerals out of the body and is dehydrating .
I even had sweats . Nasty withdrawal . So I stopped caffeine and got addicted to decaf . I am now working on replacing decaf with my favorite brand of spring water

@@carnivoredoctor Actually, Prof. Ben Bikman does not agree with that. He says that in particular, stevia & erythritol do not spike our insulin, but may induce some people to consume other sugars, or be tempted to eat other sweet things.

Dear Anthony, I am beyond grateful for your UA-cam broadcasts and forward them to everyone. HOWEVER you must keep your hands away from your hair. As a producer and co-host of a Midwest ABC affiliate in the 70's, I know whereof I speak. It's distracting and throws the viewer's focus off what's being said, but most of all, it makes you look unsure of yourself, though you are not. If your hair suddenly wants to point straight out, let it. No one cares. And please stop letting barbers put that ridiculous kewpie doll point in the middle of the top of your head. (In other videos.) That's for morons who follow fashion. You don't follow the herd in dietary recommendations, so stay away from fashion-of-the- moment hair styles or next you'll be letting them shave 1/3 of your head. It's some barbers' passive-aggressive way of making their betters look ridiculous. Don't go down that road. You think Seyfried would be caught on UA-cam messing with his hair? No. I am 87, newly fighting breast cancer with carnivore, fenben and ivermectin and listening to you and Shawn and Ken, and Seyfried of course. I LOVED your Maggie White interview and hope you do another, with better sound on her side. Thanks for ALL you do, which is Sisyphean!👌👏👍🤪💖

Chaffee is losing his hair on the carnivore diet, like many others. He now is getting hair plugs. You can see the difference in his videos from 2 years ago. He is also Botoxing his face frequently now to the point where his eyes don't even look in alignment on his most recent lives. Not to mention, he still has the incessant histamine, 2 years later, probably from eating a ton of aged meat. The man is not well by any stretch of the imagination.

@@gerigill6947That's what happens on the carnivore diet but it's not good for you. You could actually get iron toxicity. Some give blood, but if it's causing this, it's obviously not a great diet. It's a great short-term elimination, Diet at best.

Coffee is AWESOME! Coffee is not eating. It is drinking. Everybody’s different people. Some people can handle things that other people can’t and they still lose weight and they still get healthy. Stop being so religious about this diet. Absolutely ridiculous!
    DIET DOGMA.
