My wife was involved in a near fatal traffic accident in the 1990's and was airlifted to a shock trauma hospital in Washington DC. The trauma team saved her life and the nurses were great. One night a member of the hospital came into her room with a gurney to take her for some tests. He said he had orders from the Doctor for the test and that it was risky. Since the doctor never mentioned it earlier in the day. I told him no and he left. The next day I mentioned to the doctor and he advised it wasn't necessary after all. I couldn't wait to get my wife out of there.

The last time my husband was in the ER, he almost got a double dose of the medication the doctor wanted him injected with. I told the second nurse that he’d already gotten his injection as she was getting ready to give the double dose and she checked. It wasn’t charted, but thank goodness she believed me. My dad was a doctor and my mom and sister were ICU nurses, but mistakes are made. I’ll never let my husband go to the ER or hospital alone, especially since he has had 4 TBIs and can’t keep track of things. Good advice!

I'm in New Zealand and they have a right to be terrified. If they tell the truth they will lose their job. If they treat patients properly, they will lose their job. If they refuse to do harm they will lose their job. If they give informed consent they will lose their job. If they give good advice on the proper human diet, they will lose their job.
But, what they don't realise is that by losing the trust of their patients, and following a tick box system of treatment that means they are easily replaced by AI, they will lose their job anyway...

I’ve been treated terribly by more than one Urogynecologist in the US! They won’t listen to me and what I’ve researched or think outside their little box!! I’m constantly in severe pain, they won’t give pain medication, but they’ll prescribe terrible drugs like gabapentin and tricycle antidepressants with horrible side effects. When I went back with a problem with them, my looked up percentages on her computer and told me only 6% of people have these symptoms! I had to go to the emergency room, so for me it was a 100% reaction! She then stolidly referred me to a pain and spine clinic, so she didn’t have to find out what is really going. She’s only in it for surgeries and money and she couldn’t care less about me and finding out my real problem and source of my pain. It’s overwhelming. I have to keep on trying to find out what’s really wrong but where do I turn next. It’s really frightening.

Real world situation to prove this. Brief backstory: My youngest son had complications from gall-bladder surgery (unbeknownst to us) and we spent six months trying to figure out why he was getting bloated every so often, intermittent constipation and at times having breathing problems. This turned out to be an intestinal impingement from prior gall bladder surgery scar tissue. On July 5, he woke up panicked he couldn't breath. We rushed him to the ER where they put him on O2, pulled air out of his stomach and blood work etc. They wanted to do a cat-scan and apparently their protocol is sedation. As soon as they sedated him he stopped breathing and passed out. They had to 'revive' him with Norcon (twice). The PA told me that they were following protocol on administering the sedation. As to say, 'Hey it's not our fault he stopped breathing. We always give sedation.'' I'm very sure in the old days, a doctor would not have even considered sedation in that situation - you want your patient to be alert if they are having difficulty breathing... seems obvious. How it ended, as soon as they revived him they advised moving him to another hospital. There were mistakes made at the other hospital, but that is a longer story.

This person most likely was quoting the KJV. There are so many rewrites that some newer versions may want to slide it to SOME evil but I highly doubt it and if they do then that version should definitely get the side eye cuz they are twisting words to covet their ideas and make money. Doesn’t matter and there was no need to correct the person who said this cuz in this instance the “SOME” or “ALL” applies here without a doubt. Just so that you KNOW instead of THINK…

He taught some classes at a university medical school in his spare time from his practice (ha, ha), and quit because of the lack of quality in the medical students that they were accepting. He said that they were dogmatic, arrogant, and would make horrible doctors. That was only the tip of the iceberg.

Every profession likely suffers from this. Professions are easily captured by capturing licensing boards and professional organizations. That appears to have been very easy in many professions.
The necessary investment in education to enter any profession means high debt for many and high investment for all (time, money, opportunity, personal pride/identity). This means the professional has a LOT to lose - in many cases this can mean losing everything, including pride/position, which for some is worse than losing everything else.
This dynamic has been weaponized by the far left and it’s insidious. It’s clearly corrupted health care (of every kind - even veterinary, law/justice, and education. Likely much more.

Doctors being told how to treat patients by the healthcare corporation that employs them. No more independant doctor practices was the death of good medicine Doctors were being told how to treat patients. My last few years working I saw so many good experienced doctors quit. The decline in patient care, treatment of staff and uncaring doctors caused me to retire a few years early. I could write a book.

I was a paramedic, I stood down on the 23rd March 2020, saying I would have nothing to do with the fiasco I knew was about to unfold. I posted on FB that I'd gone to bed that night in Britain, and woke up the next day in communist china. I shouted from the rooftops for about 6 months on various media platforms, to be shouted down, lambasted and ridiculed, this was a hill I was willing to die on. I could not / would not compromise my integrity - I had no money and lost all my 'friends', but I slept peacefully at night - There was no 'excuse' as far as I was concerned. People trusted me, that meant more than anything, that was not up for negotiation nor compromise, no matter the cost. I have taken early retirement (at 54 then) - Just as a side note, I never visit Dr's - I've been seeing homeopaths since I was 16. (If it was good enough for the royal family, then it was good enough for me!) - The core of what I did and believed was the same as a Dr's "Do no harm" - It's a code I live by in my personal life too.

Then came Medicare and huge numbers of high paid nurses with fancy long titles who just talked to patients. Then came Reagan and the big business of healthcare. Then we had to discharge patients early so the hospital could pocket the money. I cared for elderly patients whom I had to discharge in their hospital gowns into Taxis to return to their living places when they could barely walk. A couple of things:
1.) I once read an article that claimed that the American Heart Association was funded in huge part by a drug company that promoted blood pressure medication. Is it any wonder that the American Heart Association has lowered blood pressure recommendations have gone down over the years?
2.) True story from the pandemic. A friend of ours worked at a hospital. Before the vaccine came out, this friend contracted COVID and later developed long COVID symptoms. At the time, the guidelines were that anyone with long COVID symptoms should not get the vaccine. His employer was mandating the vaccine. My friend asked their primary care doctor for a note saying that they should not get the vaccine due to the current guidelines. The doctor told him "I agree with you 100%, those are the guidelines. However, I can't give you a note like that." My friend asked why not? The doctor said "It comes down to this. The government takes a dim view of doctors saying someone should not get the vaccine. They want everyone to get the vaccine. So much so, that if I start handing out notes like that, we will no longer be able to accept Medicare patients because the government will deem us unfit." My friend ended up losing his job over it because he wouldn't get the vaccine.

I tried to explain it, tried to tell him he could wean off statins etc. ( ask his Dr) But like so many, he’s trusting the medical complex.

@@meanderingmyrrkat8798 Same thing with diabetes. Anything below 160 is totally normal. Even up to 180. Only over 250 long term can diabetic ketoacidosis become an issue. Type 2 is not real, for the most part it's just an eat too much and not enough activity disorder. The "Dawn Phenomenon" is nothing more than God/Nature/Evolution giving you energy in the morning. To even normalize glucose numbers close to hypoglycemia below 90 is absurd. In geriatrics most seniors with numbers below 100 have lower energy. Yet in pediatrics kids going to bed with glucose 200 is normal? An adult with a larger mass will normally require much higher glucose levels than a smaller mass. Even in post stroke victims high glucose levels have better outcomes. The entire medical industry is a scam full of iatrogenic disease. Many treatments produce worse situations than the initial symptoms. When you understand real science [which exists independently from the medical industry] it seems cherry-picked from the top-down, indoctrinated medical schools and students are deliberately taught wrong treatments, protocols and procedures for profit and population control.

Following other routes into care and moving medicine on. People are walking away from healthcare and they need dr’s with integrity. Functional medical model is our way out of this strangle hold.

My wife was a PTA and left her job at the local hospital in 2021 as she refused to get the Covid vax. I lobbied her hard to not take the shot as we didn't need the money thankfully. She misses her patients, but has found new interests outside of working. The system lost many good people when they mandated the vax.

@@stormy_weather_is_here I understand it’s more due to the time and intention put into the work but if the entire model was changed it would drive costs lower. It’s been part of the current structure and medical power base to charge high sums but when realising your health can be controlled by yourself it’ll end up cheaper. If we use it from pregnancy to the grave we will need less medicine!

I'm American and 70 years old. Haven't been to a doctor since I was 13 with a broken leg. I eat healthy, used herbs, spices, apple cider vinegar, a cup of pineapple juice every day etc... When we were kids we didn't get sick as often as the kids these days. We played outside all day and ate a lot of dirt. Nowadays adults and kids go to the doctor for every little thing. We weren't trapped inside all playing social media and allergic to the outdoors. People are just wimpy these days and think they need a prescription for everything.

Agree. I believe all the auto immune diseases (which wasn’t a thing 20 yrs ago) is caused by overuse of antibiotics and over medicating. If people are dumb enough to fall for the medicating every time they are sick they are to blame. After all docs are just doing their job pushing poison - legal drug pushers.

When you were a kid, the waters and foods you ate weren't poisoned with microplastics and chemicals.
FYI even home-grown food is contaminated now, because the plastic is now so deep in the molecules of our DNA that it's part of us now.
That and if you believe in the chemtrail stuff, then that conspiracy implies that all food is contaminated just by being exposed to fresh, unfiltered air.

@lindabalent2755 - The cost of meds and etc in the USA is primarily a function of our liability and malpractice laws. If your pill costs $10 each, you can be absolutely certain that at least $5 is put into an escrow account to pay for any claims. The newer the med, the more of that cost gets set aside. This isn't anything new, but the lawyers keep blocking any real reform of those laws, and the general public doesn't seem to understand that every one of those million dollar awards is just another rise in the cost of their own meds.
