My own puny little life feels meaningless as fuck after watching this. I mean...jesus christ. In all...this video probably only shows 10,000 people _at most_, from one random city, from a time before I was even born. So, just a tiny drop in the bucket compared to the ENTIRE world population...or the entirety of every human who has ever lived. Imagine watching this very video...over and over and over...for 100 years. Even that would barely equate to the entirety of the world's population. And here I am...one single solitary random human being. Utterly trivial...a speck of nothing in an infinite universe. And yet...this doesn't depress me in the slightest; it actually makes me feel like I'm part of something insanely epic and unfathomably meaningful. It's still a mind fuck for sure though...

We're all tied to cultural norms and the expectations society and our families put on us. We all want to be free, but we cant break away from what our family wants, the need for money, what society puts on us. If we leave it all and break those ties, we become alone, but were then free. Such ruthless, relentless resistance to his survival nature had given man, that when he finally gained the strength to flourish, he spread like an insidious pestilence across the earth crushing nature under foot...but nature would have the last laugh.
Damn humanity is pathetic seeing this...it's as if we're pre-destined to keep this well oiled machine we call human life running until we die and some other joke can replace you and so on and so on, but also impressive at the same time.
+FUBAR We are, everything is, nothing more and no less, than a product of what came before this moment and will be everything after this moment produces. Everything is as it is because the universe exists.
@Frank Glass You could be right... but you are not. A place doesn't need to be filled to its last inch in order to be overcrowded. Earth is overcrowded.
This is what you see as a conscious being. A lot of people with their own plans in mind, however yet all belong to one plan. In the end, their plans do not matter, because they all are doing, what they are planned to do. And you can see this never-ending trail of consumption, everywhere, neverending. Never. Ending. Humanity has become too much to handle.
melrek1 the real beauty is outside the metropolis. Go to any natural beach or rural landscape and you will find something special that cities and its inhabitants are missing.
Yes, Mother Nature in her pure form is very enjoyable place to visit compared to concrete jungle. I just like the way mankind works in the whole to give us things we can't produce as individuals, even if the process is nasty and looks like dirty slavery or whatever you want to call it.
part of the drought in africa also has to do with the people that told them to grow our high yeild fast growing corn in thier region, to find that it's not disease resistant. a fungus strain wiped out the entire crop for the year across the entire continent and is moving across the waterway to the middle east as well.
I have heard a lot of Lorn but this is the first Drum n Bass track I have heard by him
Where are another D&B made by Lorn? Am still looking for.
This is such a sick track!
This is similar to watching bacteria moving around doing there roles and multiplying.
