I even saw there a filipino who got 38% iberian in his/her dna test result. So far the highest i see to a filipino who have iberian dna is 14%, 21%,37, and 38%. 333 years Philippines was A colony of Spain. Of course these Europeans fell in love with us and formed families at some point.
Depending on families, some groups will be considered " pure Filipino" reflecting on DNA especially if the residence of families are inaccessible to Spaniards ( ex: living on a mountain) or rebelled against them (some Muslim Families in Mindanao)
For most part of our country, Spanish govt and offices was established thus bringing along Spanish officers to our island.
I know I have Spanish ancestors if I trace back lile 6 generations or more but that is way too far.
Spanish DNA might not appear anymore and that's okay 😅

Some chinese people intermarried with Filipinos.
But there are other groups who landed on Philippines like Spaniards, Americans, Japanese.
Expect Filipinos to be the mixed types of people and we are okay with that.
That is why the typical Filipino will tell you that a country can be made up of mixed groups to be a nation.
