The most I have is a 25 lb mace and that is a killer. On one hand, I cannot do more than 11 lbs with a demo hammer because it is difficult to get it stable.
Absolutely amazing my friend a mace that heavy will “find” the weak points in your body if that makes sense. In my short experience going back down to a lighter weight let’s say a 10 it’s almost too easy and I have to concentrate on form again because it feels like a toothpick or something. Somewhere in the medium weight range like 20 to 30lbs it forces me to have like perfect form and my whole body is working and balanced but when I go past a certain point like around 40 I simply cannot do it until all my stabilizer muscles all the way down to my feet can support the weight, I can immediately feel where the weak part of my kinetic chain is and it’s awesome how everything has to be strong to support the movement from your hands to your feet.
@@TheFlowingDutchman I love how macebell training checks all of the boxes of the four pillars of fitness: strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.
Hey man, it's slightly larger than the 101 with a 6 week format and smaller in content than the mace flow six course which has three workouts each week. So in between those I would say ;)
The fact that you were able to do 10 & 2's with such a heavy mace while talking is impressive.
Just a comment for respect, gratitude, and appreciation…amazing work Brother 👏👏👏
A 25 pound mace humbles me with what it takes to move it - 25 kilos is a beast.
Very nice Beats! 25kg is a beast 💪🏻
Amazing flowing like butter. U r experienced
Thanks for keeping alive traditional workout from India.
Awesome bro, you inspired me to buy my first mace, a 5kg.😊🥝🇳🇿
Adex mace, arc etc can increase to 25kg with the add on kit - I think it will be years before I get that far though

Well said David, everything from feet to hands has to be active to be able to swing properly!

Awesome video. Way to go!! 👍👍
Gastón Giorlando did 25 reps one arm with 30 kg mace
What is the heaviest mace 360 ever done
Hope that my wish travelled through time as well as space
White Lion Athletics in Canada has maces that go up to 35kg, check them out!
I know! Shipment that far away with that many kg’s is equally if not more expensive than the mace itself :)
@@TheFlowingDutchman if one can flow 4 k.g. mace bell 20 times is it not 80 k.g.
I respect to everyone who were involved in , Seriously the best piece that I' ve ever seen on UA-cam, HATS OFF TO WELL ALL ! LOVE YOUR VIDEO ♥️.....
How does the course at strong and fit compare to the mace flow courses on your own website?

Good work harbert
Appreciate the love Eric!!
Sultan Murad IV allegedly used a 50 kg mace. Cool video btw.
I need some magizuim!
That's beyond a "serious mace" I just started doing one hand 360's and 10-2's with a 20lb. That is an amazing accomplishment.
That globe's almost the size of your head lol
There are levels to this ;) Thank you!
Anyone here ever done a gada swing with a kettlebell?, although it is different in weight dynamic when swinging
It's good to push yourself, but only up to a point. Hurting yourself is going backwards. Play the long game!

Try to do the exercise slower with higher intensity
Slowing it down will make it impossible, you need powerful momentum ;)
@@TheFlowingDutchman You could surely do it with lighter maca, it's a western training style called HIT.
I am practicing daily with 30 kg macebell (gada)
