I've been to creps and cones restaurant went back in summer (although was on a rainy Sunday sadly!) as fans of Krept and Konan wanted to show my support despite being from west and Croydon being a trek for me all the way in South! What some people have said about long wait for food I did find was true as we did wait ages but to be honest I give them some leeway considering how BUSY they were so appreciated they were doing their best and working retail myself I understood how hard they were working! Bwoiii when I tell you the wait was worth it I mean that! Food was real good could barely manage dessert myself! Big up Krept and konan and the team for the hard work opening the restaurant and doing something positive like this like krept said! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Crepes and Cones is like a Nandos ... it’s simple but as simple as Nandos is you know what you’re getting... . ! Hearing Crepes explain what the restaurant is about it’s easier to have sympathy .. your restaurant is about helpingvthe community... you need to market the restaurant as that .. that way people will have a lower expectation or a more realist expectation. I went a cafe in Brixton and it was charity cafe helping to support cancer... for that reason I was enticed to go into that cafe and my expectation was lower and I was not disappointed

Concept is correct. Big ratings brcause you are chasing your dreams. What you need to understand is that business is buiness. You can hire unexperienced staff but you need someone with experiemce that can guide them. I went there and was part of the bad experience crew and from observation its not just about the food. These staff members dont know how to deal will difficult customers. Good customer service and how to cater to different people. Getting jobs for the disadvantage is one thing but part of having a job is helping them progress to take there skills to bigger and better things
The restaurant is shit, sooooo many reviews online saying how the service is shit, and how people constantly getting over charged 😂😂😂 when i went there and ordered food we got our deserts before our main meals?!?!? We asked them whats going on, the desert chef or whatever you want to call her didnt really give a fuck, all ordered our deserts with scoops of ice cream which never came had to keep asking members of staff for things. The place is a gimmick and the food was nothing special, There was one girl who was 80% on job the rest of them didnt have a clue

So if it's rubbish, they will feel taken advantage of. Why?? More than likely they never would have gone.
