    Tempeh from indonesia 🇮🇩 Good probiotic for ur disgetion. Tempeh is similar to Tofu, but not filtered. I love boiled tempeh btw.

    I like this video. One of my tips in the snacks and sweets area is saying no once - I prefer to just not get it at the grocery store than to get it for a treat and say no multiple times. That way, when I want something sweet, I tend to enjoy it more. 🌈🌈
