I grew up eating green grapes but as an adult I Love the red! I really like buying frozen cherries and eating them before they are fully thawed...Yum! I use a toothpick to pick one out of a bowl at a time and savor. Wonderful when it so hot outside!

At this time of year I lean towards Southwestern bowls. I had seen one of your Trader Joe’s videos with the fat free refried beans. I never was a fan of refried beans before, but I am now. Also the tip you gave of putting the greens on the top layer of a bowl I’ve been enjoying.

When transitioning to a WFPBD, is it normal for your body to feel weird at first? Does your body go through a detox and has to adjust to eating a higher amount of carbs?
Definitely red grapes, unless it's cotton candy grapes. ....I joke that tomato is my favorite fruit. I don't want a sandwich, wrap, burger or salad without it. If I had to choose a sweet fruit, probably mango.
