Very nicely done for a single person, but I would not want to stare at the kitchen sink from the couch! Love the stairs instead of the ladders you mostly see in these tiny homes! Love the farmhouse feel of this design! Love the powder room, too! Great job overall to the designers!

Nice size. Don't like the floor plan tho. I think a corner kitchen, with sink on bathroom wall would work better. A corner sofa, next to the loft area. Would be nice. A fold down table, where the sofa is now. I like the offset door to the bathroom. Incorporating a washer and dryer in such a tiny house. Is a real surprise. The openness of the loft area is quite athletically pleasing. Gives a real open, expansive feeling to the area. Overall still nice.
