Beautiful lil home and the porch is wecoming. Plenty of room to park and privacy on both sides. This is at I.T.H. in the grove. Wow it filled up fast and only 200 hundred a month there in the grove.
The quick filling up and affordable price make it even more appealing.

I wouldn’t say it’s beautiful, just functional or temporary accommodation. The kitchen cabinets and butcher block countertop were the saving grace.
Functionality is definitely a key factor in such a small space.
