あのクラッシュはドライバーではなく車に問題がありますね。筑波で荒さんもabsのフリーズで同じ状況に陥ってクラッシュしていますからね。
本来はMCRのようにああなる前に辞めておくべきなのですが、ショップにテストを頼まれたので走行したのでしょう。現行型のZは昔から電子デバイスのトラブルが多いのでチューニングには向いてない車でしょうね。

Hmm, not the King but certainly one of the greatest handling cars in the right hands of the right driver yes. (And this is coming from an AP2 Owner)

For those of you wondering, these guys are driving at speeds of up to (and sometimes more than) 100 MPH on this Touge course.
It is km/h not mph, the fastest speed gone was 135, which is approx 83.3mph. If u tried to drive 100 mph on touge, u would die

谷口さん織戸さんは、車の問題を見抜いて 車を合わせて乗りやすくしてる感じだし、土屋さんは 車を合わせつつも ドライバー側でも合わせてる面も多くあるような感じで、各々やり方が色々あるように感じて楽しく見れた。
でも日産系のABSフリーズは なんなんでしょ。 いくらハイグリップ履いていても あれだとソリと一緒だよね〜
逆に ABS無しでは あの路面では勝負にならないんでしょうし、そもz34のブレーキが悪いのは ABSそのものなら アケボノかどっかが悪いのか 日産系のECUの問題なのか キャリパーとか末端なのか なんなんだろう
あんだけの車でも なる ってことは 変えられない何かなのかな
Z33以降はABSがフリーズするバグがあり、完全ノーマルでサーキットや街中を走行していても発生すると言われています。
今回の事故は、群サイのような路面にギャップがある中で高速域で走行した際、4輪あるタイヤのうち1輪だけ接地していないでブレーキを踏む機会がたま〜にあります。
この時にABSは一輪が接地していない＝路面が凍結していると判断しブレーキを勝手に緩めたり、逆に判断しきれずプログラムエラーでフリーズしてフルロックを解除できない事態になるようです。
ECUのプログラムを根本から書き換えるのは日産にしかできないことなので、Amuseさんもオリダーもやれることをやったのに起きてしまったということですね
この場面のみならず、別の企画の筑波サーキットバトルでもブレーキロックでスポンジバリアに突っ込んでますからね
この後、谷口選手がブログを更新されていましたが・・・
「S耐マシンですらこの症状は出る」
「乗り方やセッティングの問題ではなく、日産に何とかしてもらうしかない」
といった事を書かれていました
もぐりさぬだら スポーツカーにおいて、この先 日産系はブレーキ信用できないから 走るなら選択肢から外しといた方が良いみたいよ〜 なんて噂出たら
個人的には元日産ディーラーで専門校も日産系を出たので
とっても悲しい。
少数派の発言だから メーカーにとっては何のメリットにもならないのだと思うけど、なんらかの対応をとってくれるのか、何もしてくれないのか
個人にとっては非常に大きな分かれ道ですよね
まぁ、そういう私も 昔々 パルサーオーテックに乗ってた当時 燃料が減ると タンク内で偏って吹けない症状が草レース中に発生して とっても悔しい思いをした事がありました。
要するに、少しでもスポーツを名乗るなら スポーツしてるドライバーが安心できる状態で作って欲しいと思う。
Zでも燃料偏るなんて話耳にした時流石に溜息出ましたわ。
ABSの誤作動に関しては、Z33の頃にも症状の様で、ガレージ4413というZ33のチューニングカーを多く作成してきたチューニングショップのブログにも記載があります
Z33のABSの誤作動に関しては、このガレージ4413ではほぼ解決できたということですが・・・
言い方は悪いですが、なぜ街のチューニングショップに解決できることを日産がやらないのか、という疑問が出てきますね
原因が何であれ、私はこれを日産の怠慢だと思っています
Z34にもABSに不具合があると分かり、今後も日産がこの問題を放置するのであれば、高橋さんが仰られたように「日産は選択肢から外したほうがいい」という噂が流れ、日産にとっては最悪の結果が待っているでしょう
私も免許を取ってすぐ買った車がスカイラインでしたので、日産には特別な思い入れがあります
今もGT-R始め、魅力的な車を作る日産が私は好きです
ですが、この問題に関してこれ以上放置を決め込むようなら私もそう遠くない未来に日産を見限る日が来るでしょう
このコメントを日産関係者が見てるとは思いませんが、もしこの声が届くのなら今一度小さな声に耳を傾けてほしいですね

Gt channel had them converted but the interest wasn't high enough to keep doing them if look hard enough I'm sure you can find them. Not the international ones either the newer best motoring ones they had a channel where you could rent them.
I think the 370z can be tuned better and reduced in weight futher. The rear end on this one in the video is just too loose and the tires need to be wider for a better contact patch. The VQ37HR is a torque happy engine especially with that aftermarket 4.3 final gear ratio this one had. It definitely won't be FD3S or AP2 quick on a road like this but its should be able to get into the 25 second sector range with the above adjustments...
Agreed. The z34 probably was setup for another track and it wasn't really ready for the touge. All those adjustments sound right on point.

It seems that the Z34 crashed not only because speed was a bit higher, as it wasn't that fast, but he didn't manage to align it properly for the left corner. I think he should have swerved to the right side a moment earlier, so he can open the next left from right hand side entry point, cutting through the middle on the left, then exit to the right again, being on a little drift or not. That is what I think from lookig at the camera, both speed and entry positon, but I don't understand anything they say, apart from HAI- yes?
Smita I agree too fast understeer lost control Orido is a cowboy 🤠 when it comes to driving either best time or Total Loss still respect him as a driver he’s a fast driver. If you don’t crash your not trying hard enough as even an amazing driver will crash if always trying to exceed the limit of ones self especially when you are older.
It's racing crashes happen stop analizing it. There was an abs failure Orido did everything in his power to get bite back but the brakes continued to lock. Some type of failer in the system prevented the abs from operating makes it like trying to turn on ice.
the 350Z and 350Z brakes are very sensitive to non-oem sized tyres,
because the VDC (vehicle dynamic controller) controls the car's TC and ABS to keep the car pointed straight, if the rolling diameter of the front or rear tyres are off by a factor of more than 3% from the factory rolling diameter, then the ABS and TC WILL behave strangely.
Please keep this in mind if anyone is looking to put a new set of wheels on a 350/370

The GT-R and Z34 could've used some weight reduction. Maybe the z34 would have been more nimble.
Yeah they are both really chunky cars for this type of course/driving. Z34 was also plagued by braking issues.

the m3 is amazing but not treally tuned here...also wasnt pushed to its true potential...great is the s2000 and they love pushing it here...
another crying m3 fanboy? It was already perfect setting and had no room to improve except for weight reduction and was actually pushed hard. Even if they push it harder, fat m3 has no chance to beat s2000 and rx7 in touges or crash before finishing the race
s2000 looked to be pushed harder because Tsuchiya drove it. It's his driving style to move steering quickly and frequently. In other words, m3 looked not to be pushed because Taniguchi drove it. It's Taniguchi's driving style but he's as fast as or even faster than Tsuchiya
At 25:27, Taniguchi said "To tell you the truth, this car won't be faster anymore because it's too good already. If you really wanna compete with s2000 and rx7, only way is to reduce weight. 1500kg is too heavy".

Assist(tuner): a little bit. We are thinking about weight reduction but if we do that, it will disappear our tuning color(=lose our tuning features, go against our tuning concepts)

I love these idiots in the comments. The s2000 has a perfect weight bias and and natural oversteer characteristic. This will always allow the s2k to look like it's being pushed harder because the m3 will just start to push the front end just like the gtr. All you hear is the tires crying because they can't gain enough grip to turn. So there is a huge trade-off between front end push and speed. The s2k limits are at the rear tires which is able to be traded off with throttle input and steering without huge losses in speed. The chasis is just far supieror now on a highway the s2k would have it's ass handed to it.

I actually got shook when the BMW beat the 370z and GTR... The GTR was just such a surprise... I guess it's cuz the car didn't have enough downforce to pull all its 800ps... But the S2000 redeemed the Japanese engineering beating a much newer car!
It's the cars hefty weight and long wheelbase. It's not sure for the course, at Suzuka or Fuji it would be amazing I'm sure
