One thing to note, weapon surge modifiers and element surge modifiers on activities do not stack with each other specifically. So if it was overcharged rockets and arc surge, you get a 25% bonus to rockets or arc weapons, you'd wouldn't get 50% for hothead.

@Peniley Majorey Leg Surge mods aren't the same as Elemental Surge or Weapon Overcharge. A Solar Weapon Surge *mod* will stack with a Solar Surge *modifier* . More "One more thing of note", since any small details are good to add to avoid confusion, any internal perks effecting weapons all stack with each other, and are applied before rest of the buffs. This makes high damage boosting perks even better than you'd think, since the difference between vorpal's 10% and surrounded's 40% (yes its that high) isn't actually 30%, but post buff stacking, almost 60%. This also follows along with most exotic armor perks that effect ability damage that aren't in the newly revamps stacking surge mods, like syntho's, wormgods, winters guile, star eaters. Though these don't have much relevance, since the only thing from the global effects these interact with are debuffs, neither surge mods or empowering effects increase ability damage, unless tied to the ability in some way. (Technically golden gun stacks with kinetic surge mods, but thats an exception not a rule, tho that buff likely stacks multiplicatively with star eaters and debuff + radiant buff intrinsic to the super, hence why it does so much damage)
Mask of bakris is the only exotic surge armour worth using imo. It’s still pretty good in a only dps hunter build as stasis melees reload your weapons allows you to get some pretty juiced damage.
Some raid mods do stack in a separate category. Mods such as enhanced relay defender and superstructure defender are such examples. Also, a player standing in their own well deals 35% increased weapon damage.
Side note, wrathweavers on warlock stack with well but not for "super" damage so the person who places the well won't get the buff, allowing stasis rockets to deal 15% in addition to the well buff, I think lumina allows stacking as well but I don't know
For my fellow Wellocks: Sanguine Alchemy (SA) stacks with well, providing your matching elemental weapons a 45% damage increase since SA is a 20%. If you stand in a well while on void with a void rocket it still works, this buff doesn't spread to allies, and you can stand in a rift behind a titan super sheild to receive a whapping 65% damage increase. Yes you can get a 67% increase from surge mods however they are timed to your armor charges and in some scenarios it is better to go with reliability and use SA. Side note since theres not many good exotic dps options for Warlocks you might as well use SA. (Other than Sunbracers and Lunafaction)
Sanguine freeing up the leg armor for scavenger/survivability&ability uptime/holstering/having a +10 stat mods and the class item from having to use Time Dilation is very underappreciated atm. I read on reddit that GT stacks multiplicatively and I hear that word again in this video, but nobody has actually explained what that means... Would it suffice to say if 'n' is the base dmg of the weapon then multiplicative stacking perk buffs directly effect the value of 'n' before other buffs apply? Or am I seriously misunderstanding?? Assuming I'm understanding that correctly, Golden Tricorn x2 with Doom Fangs x4 surge (25%) means I'm getting 50% boost to my dmg, 25% on top of that, and I can still benefit from global debuffs and other weapon dmg perks. With that combo alone (GTx2 with DFx4) I should have 1.875 times the base weapon dmg... I'm using this combo because Veles-X is an aggressive four burst void pulse, it has tricorn and repulsor brace so it should synergize well. One weapon final blow gets tricorn x1 going, then I have 7 seconds to get a shield bash kill and get the x4 surge along with tricorn x2. The debuff is affected to the entire target, the bubble acts as a secondary crit zone. On certain bosses its better to still aim for the head because they have a higher crit multiplier. Don't listen to the other comments.

nice vid
To be clear, didn’t bungie make mobius quiver the 15% variant of the weaken effect and left deadfall at 30%?
No, as stated in the video both tether variants apply a 30% debuff, though deadfall lasts significantly longer than moebius.
@@LlamaD2 ah, thank you 😌
@@LlamaD2 deadfall better for 6 man, Mobius better for solo or 3 man? I’d be interested to see what works better on the new dungeon boss. With deadfall you risk whiffing the tether or her teleporting right after. I haven’t tried mobius on her yet but maybe mobius rigs or star eaters would be better?
@@Zack.G23 About the boss teleporting, she doesn't teleport if you hit her with a stasis slow, not sure why but it makes her much easier to deal with
@@LlamaD2 I'm curious, does that duration comparison also account for optimal use of moebius? I.E., fire one, do your DPS weapon loop until your super energy is almost out, fire the second one
Sanguine alchemy stacks with empowering rift to get a better damage boost then with well.
From what I understand it doesn’t stack with your well but place your rift on someone else’s well and that stacks could be wrong tho haven’t tried it
Should be noted that Divinity provides a 30% bebuff solely to the person using Divinity. So if you run Arc souls or do rocket swaps then Div is still very good for damage.
?
1. No.
2. Still trash damage.
It’s only a 30% for the divinity itself, the rockets will not get the 30%, only 15%
I just asked this wasn’t sure if they walked it back I think the ex they used was “if you’re fast enough to pop your super and hit the bubble then you can and get the 30%”
Ok but can u carry me in Ron 👏😏
I mean, since warlock don't have any dmg phase Exotic using the sanguine alchemy is still worth
Geomag Stabilizers ?
@@fabianweber6937 nice joke
Who trained you?? Read the tool tips none of the exotics are PVE or PvP only. Rain of Fire, Ophidia Aspects, Transversive Steps! Not manually reloading ever is a damage increase. Transversive was the only way to reload Agers and bypass loosing super mode…..
@@4321josequervo i'm not using transversive during a damage phase and since both apex predator and cold comfront don't rely on reloading manually those exotics don't work
@@federicodipasquale9019 then don’t the point was to go look there more than just those some have even been updated or reworked
Radiant is 15%
Dont tell salta about this he will start whining that buffs are too strong and "need to be toned down imo"
they should buff banner shield to %100 Make Banner Great Again bungie plz!
they should make well better in grandmaster content
I'm not a fan of how lame weapon surges are
