Add 2 chilies with stalk (make sure the stalks are sunk into the milk) check my reel like that. 4. leave it in a warm place for 10-12 hour or overnight. ( I keep in oven with light on) 5. After 10-12 hour you can use the yogurt starter to make homemade fresh yogurt. !!! Enjoy homemade Organic Yogurt. In contrast, yoghurt is produced through the intentional introduction of specific bacterial strains, predominantly Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus
The best way is put half or one tsp yogurt then add boiled milk and put it in the fridge when you will wake up tomorrow you will see tastey yogurt try her trick and mine too😊
This is not necessary go buy curd from shop and mix a spoonful of curd in warm milk and give a good stir with spoon and leave it overnight....curd will be ready....
Almond milk or coconut milk? what the fark? They are NOT milk. Milk is produced only by mammals. Just because the extract is in white colour doesn't mean it is milk. Real Milk contains unique proteins which when fermented turn into curd.
To my own experience it is required to keep it for maximum three to four hours to get thick curd.after that it starts getting sour so i keep it ni refrigerator

Flavor will be lilttle bit chilly but it’s a starter (jaman), when you’ll make another batch of curd using this starter taste will be better and tasty. And you need more warm than lukewarm.

Because green chillies stalk produce lactobacillus in milk and milk is produce to curd because of lactic acid
So theoretical you could put the stems in there without wasting a pepper
