Life with chronic illness

After a declined life insurance policy in May of 2021 I received a letter telling me I was HIV positive. I went to my local Infectious Disease clinic and after all the testing was done I was indeed positive with a diagnosis of AIDS because of my compromised immune system. I started this UA-cam channel with the continued to desire to encourage women in hard places but most of the time I'm just trying to live life as best I can while still battling a chronic illness.
Your story may be different and your diagnosis nothing like mine, but if you suffer from a chronic illness I see you. Your invisible pain is not invisible to me. So in order to help both of us focus on getting better as best we can I wanted to share some tips that I think will help.
These ideas are actually good for ANYONE who just wants to feel better whether you're battling an illness or not.

I was experiencing some MS symptoms that had me on the verge of su**ide. (numbness, tingling, itching, tinnitus, vertigo, blurred vision, anxiety) I did a 90 day juice fast and no longer had those symptoms. Idk if you've tried it but if not it's definitely worth a try.

I lost about 25 lbs when I was undiagnosed but have gained it back with the proper meds.
