Sa video na ito ay gumawa ako ng pandesal na Walang bread improver Peru malambot pa rin .
Pandesal recipe
Fermented dough( bread improver substitute)
100g flour
2g yeast
60ml water
Bread flour 500g
Sugar 70g
Vegetable oil -60ml
Egg -1
Water 200ml
Yeast 10g

same here, hard as rock, ive try also no oil, when mixing, but its super sticky, when im geeting the dough out at the mixer, but the result is soft pandesal, i font know why others, made pandesal with oil ing. stay soft even 2 or 3 days...

Sa fermented dough mukhang 50grams lang dapat ang flour po. Nagtimpla kasi ako, ang dami ng 100grams para sa 60ml water.
Kapag po Yung pandesal recipe nyo na may bread improver, paano po Ang adjustment ng yeast if overnight proofing?

Tagal nyan 3 to 4 hours hahahah, Ako kapag gumagawa ng pandesal hindi ganyan katagal Ang antayin Lalo na kapag 1 Sako pandesal gagawin mo
sana next time instead na grams gamitin mo takal... halimbawa 500 = 2 cups, 70 grams 1/2 cups, 10g = 1teaspoon.. yung ganyan para hindi kami nanghuhula
