    Ingredients:
    Dough:
    all purpose flour 6 1/2 cups (880 grams)
    sugar 1/2 cup (100 grams)
    salt 1 tsp
    warm milk 2 cups
    instant yeast 1 1/2 tbsp (15 grams)
    sugar 1 tbsp
    egg 2 large (100 grams)
    butter 115 grams softened (1/2 cup)
    Pan de coco filling:
    grated / shredded coconut 295 grams ( you can half young coconut)
    margarine 70 grams
    butter 100 grams
    sugar 280 grams
    powder milk 1/2 cup
    water 1/2 + 2 tbsp
    cornstarch 1 1/2 tbsp
    vanilla 1 tsp optional
    Procedure:
    1. heat sauce pan on low medium heat.
    2. add butter and margarine let it melt.
    3. add grated coconut sugar mix to combine.
    4.add vanilla.
    5. let it simmer for 5 minutes.
    6. combine water, milk powder, cornstrach mix it well.
    7. add water, milk powder and cornstarch mixture into the coconut.
    8. mix or stir it until well blended.
    9 cook for 3 minutes or until it thickens.
    10. let it cool completely.
    Spanish bread filling:
    all purpose flour 67 grams
    margarine 65 grams
    brown sugar 65 grams
    Note: (you can double the recipe.)
    Toppings:
    cheese
    butter
    sugar
    Oven temperature: 150°c I'm using gas oven
    Baking time: 18 to 20 minutes
