      Ganyan talaga original na pandesal walang gaanong sangkap. Ako nga mas gusto ko ying mga pandesal noong dekada 70 na matabang lang kaya masarap isawsaw sa kape

    Ang ganda ng pagkakagawa. Pantay pantay pati pagkakaluto. Sa cake ako nag concentrate kaya bikib na bilib ako sa magagaling sa bread making :)

    Yes masarap ang tinapay pag mano mano ang pag masa.. pag overnight ung dough mababa measurement ng yeast para hindi umaasim ang dough.
    Slapping, pounding,punching stretching, folding ung procedure ng pag masa yan po ang ginagawa mo chef. Ang oil na dapat gamitin ung vegetables oil madalas gamit ko sunflower oil.
    Pre fermentation palagi ginagamit ko na mixture master chef..

      Sabi nya 4 ingredients lang daw bangin mo nga kung ilan boy.... Lets count the ingredients flour, yeast ,sugar, salt. Oil, water and cheese see.

      i think ang logic nito kung bkit 4 ing. lng cnabi nya is.
      meron tayo sa bahay (lagi) ng water, oil and salt. which is di mo na need maghagilap o bumili pa. Basic kumbaga?
      flour,yeast,sugar and cheese? lagi ba tayong my stock nyan? sugar meron, pero hindi sapat for sure, so bibili k prin.
      basta logic nlang cgro yun. :)

      @@juanfernandomarzo2787 yes po tama di po lahat sinabi ng mga chef or bakery ang sarili nilang recipe kasi bawal ibigay sila lang po ang nakakaalam basic lang po yan binigay nila. Hehe mayron pa sila nilalagay dyn na pangpa sarap mayron malapit dito samin na bakery nakikita ko yng mga dinedilever mayrong malaking margarine. Ask ko nga kung ano mga ingredients di daw puede ibigay bawal kasi sarili nilang recipe yon!

    I bake Pandesal too without milk and butter and egg
    But it will be more tasty to have those 3.. because those only I can afford.
    Water, flour, yeast and salt
    Tasty also Pandesal sya
    I can advise you like more full taste khit walang palaman...Go if you can afford with those ingrediënts i mention above ..just hint. Thank you Jimboy

      Gloves are really not necessary in dough handling, even with Covid. Bread baking uses Yeast, with its presence it deter bacterial growth. If there is bacterial growth, that means the yeast is already over taken. Viruses on the other hand will be killed off in the oven with 350*F (177*C), which is the usual baking temp.
      There is a misconception that gloves are sanitary. It is if it is sanitized gloves that went through Autoclave. Other than that, it is just use to protect the worker's hands. Washing hands with soap and water is definitely cleaner.

      butter or the chemical margarin in a container. the smell from the margarin is like terpentin and can sell this also in the baked pandesal

      You can use either All Purpose Flour (APF) or Bread Flour (BF or Strong Flour). In the Philippines Class 1 is Bread Flour.
      What is the difference. Bread Flour have higher protein content than APF. APF has high enough protein for soft bread and low enough for cake... hence all purpose.

      We have a bakery before, you don’t have to put it in the fridge just room temperature lang.. that bread we called it cheese dog the only difference lang we don’t rolll the dough to the bread crumbs. Nice, very clean presentation and easy to prepare.. your right kabayan Mas maganda Mano mano… good job
