      Thank you for the feedback. It means a lot to me! I am pretty sure you can bake. I would suggest doing an oil coating on each side before putting it in the oven. I tried it in the air fryer and it worked out. Hope this helps :)

    I've made my own dough in circles and it always burst open when I first tried to make samosa last yr I used egg to seal the edges. What did you use to seal the edges flour with water? This year i will attempt it with the sheets thank you for showing a simpler way of making the triangle shape. We're not big on samosa but hubby and brother like it. During Ramadan wanted to practice best time huh.

    Thank you for sharing this great trick for folding the samosas. I am sharing my instructional blog I made from your video.
    TO ROLL SAMBUSAS WITH SPRING ROLL PASTRIES.
    First
    To Roll the Sambusa with spring roll pastry, you need to first fold it in half. Hold the folded bottom corner then fold it to the parallel side to make a right angle triangle. Then fold it inwards by folding the top corner to the other top top corner. Apply a Paste/Batter(Flour with water mixture) on the the the unfolded part of the sheet. Once applied, fold it towards the folded corner. Then do the same to the bottom sheet.
    Second
    Open your folded sheet for it to come out as a ice-cream cone type of a shape. Add in the filling to 3/4 or half way of the coned sheet then push it down. Apply some paste around the top edge of the sheet. tuck in the sides of the top side and then fold long corner to the center of the Sambusa. Make sure the edges are well sealed.

      Yes, just water and flour. You can shallow fry, deep fry or even air fry them. I have been air frying them this Ramadan.

      I have ninja air fryer. I air fry at 390 for about 7-10 mins (flip have way). Make sure to spray the top and bottom of the samosas to get that perfect golden look.

      Mix water and all purpose flour or corn starch. Cook a 1-3 mins on the stove. It will make a thick paste.

      It is all purpose flour mixed with water. I usually take 2-3 tablespoons of all purpose flour, mix it with about 1/2 cup of water or even less. Put is up in a pan and bring it to a boil (or once it thickens). Alternately you can microwave the mixture for thickness. The thickness is what makes it glue-like. Hope this helps :)
