Considering the posterior deltoid's main function is the extension of the shoulder, one of the best ways to target it is actually to make sure your elbow does go back behind the body, so this is definitely not the most optimal way to train them.

for cable workout can i replace them with dumbbells? i workout at home and i have a cage, cheap dumbbells agusabul, the long bar. i dont have the cable yet.. that will take alot more time..

Most of it made from natural gradients like multivitamin, omega 3, whey protein and creatine they all natural but if your diet sucks it won't be benefit for you , so you need good nutrition + supplements because supplement is supplement cannot replace the actual healthy food
Not allowing the arms go behind the body on rear delts????? The rear delts are capable of extension behind the body...... you are not fully working the rear delts when you are limiting them from their function.
