    I have convinced two of my friends today to try this workout at the gym, and boy now both of them does thanks me and hate me at the same time for the intense, LOL!! My Shoulders now are Pumped Up. Thanks Abel ALbonetti for this Workout and for the channel, definitely will try other workouts with the same intense.

    "So when you're doing this exercise, I don't want your elbows going past your torso. You wanna keep all tension in your rear delts." Considering the posterior deltoid's main function is the extension of the shoulder, one of the best ways to target it is actually to make sure your elbow does go back behind the body, so this is definitely not the most optimal way to train them.

      That and the: "So when you're doing this exercise, I don't want your elbows going past your torso. You wanna keep all tension in your rear delts." Jeff would clearly tell you that the rear delt's main function is the shoulder extension, so you do have to bring the elbow back behind the body to get a better contraction. Along with external rotation, of course.

    for cable workout can i replace them with dumbbells? i workout at home and i have a cage, cheap dumbbells agusabul, the long bar. i dont have the cable yet.. that will take alot more time..

      Supplements are somewhat doubtful... Like whether they are simple nutrition or something mixed in them.

      Most of it made from natural gradients like multivitamin, omega 3, whey protein and creatine they all natural but if your diet sucks it won't be benefit for you , so you need good nutrition + supplements because supplement is supplement cannot replace the actual healthy food

      You can try by doing single leg exercises like lunges. Make sure that you're doing the same amount of weights and reps.

    Not allowing the arms go behind the body on rear delts????? The rear delts are capable of extension behind the body...... you are not fully working the rear delts when you are limiting them from their function.

      You can definitely try it once a week, but it is pretty intense
