They would need to knock five thousand off the price because the appliances are very old and need updated. I'm not sure when them Gold/yellow color appliances were made my guess would be the 1970s/80s.
Mobile homes on rented lots is a big no no. They can raise the rent as much as they like, you don't pay you can loose the home . guess how much to move a Mobile home? Some parks lot rents are more than $1100 per month. The home is worth about 25-30 thousand maximum.
I have never seen or heard of this happening.Im a native and have been here since1958. I live in Zephyrhills, where there are more mobile home parks than anything else. I even managed a park.
Could be a scam watch out people .there are scammers out there selling property that are not there. Google scammers selling property that don't belong to them. Not saying this is but why are they selling on here and why must sell quick. Ask yourself why. Talk to neighbors first and get names of owner then call them

THE PARK CAN MAKE YOU MOVE IT OR THEY SELL THE PARK AND NO OTHER PARK WILL LET ONE IN THAT OLD
