I absolutely HATE that Mark is only showing new homes. BORING. If I want to see NEW homes, I’ll go to the dealer’s site. One of the great things about the Mobile Home Dealer site was looking at older homes and how people fixed them up. Every new home is pretty much the same….just a slightly different floor plan. BORING.

Someone is getting rich real quick at $1200 a month. How many mobiles are in that park? Just 10 mobiles are bringing in $120,000 a month? This is insane. For that price it should include all utilities.

It's a nice upgrade very well done. The price is ok. I never felt like doing the upgrades means you're getting every dime back. Because the lot rent is always a concern. It's reasonable now a few years from now who knows?

Pass on the pass through. Way too small. The living space is not functional at all.

I see why it’s under $13,000. That’s a camper converted into a mobile home. I guess could work for a single person starting out. Very tight space.

This looks like a good starter home, if you are just starting out. I would not want to be in it more than two years. Some draw backs mite be . Well insurance for one. Based on the level of storms that come through this area. Then the level of both external and internal maintenance. Too keep this looking up spec. If this is at $1,000 a month rent, seems high.
