Yeah what's the age of this unit would be interesting to find out! They are getting rid of older units and mobile home parks. If it's before 1972 you can't even bring it into the county and no park will accept it. The lot rent is way too high for nothing. There's no garage. Or even a carport. It is only a one bedroom one bath. So it shouldn't be more than what you're asking for it anyway it should be even less. And who wants to live in Florida in a tin can with a hurricane coming through. Maybe can use as a rental for b&b or something of that sort. It needs a lot more update.
They can shove that lot rent! It's like they WANT everyone to be homeless! You can buy a much bigger and nicer lot and pay less per month and actually OWN it!
Thanks for the comment, how much is the initial buy in though? How about property taxes and other utilities you will be paying that is included in a lot rent? Just a few things to think about.
700 lot rent? No thanks. I don't think that my lot rent will hit 700 in the next 5 years. In 5 years, that lot rent will be over a 1000 a month. The trailer itself isn't too bad in price.
@@Musicman-y7v I live in NY in house with $20,000 a year property taxes. I have no idea how these residential parks work. I guess $700 is good compared to what I pay.
Thanks for the comment, a home on land for under 25K will be awfully difficult to find in this market but if you find one please let us know as we will be happy to know where it is located!
There is not a bloody thing wrong with living in a Trailer/Caravan Park!! I get very annoyed when I hear perjorarives like "Trailer Park Trash" and similar insults. I've seen some of these homes and they're quite cozy and luxurious!!

Thanks for the comment, welcome to the community, this home is a late 1980s model.
Very nice older mobile home.but only way I would buy this is if I had a signed agreement stating the lot rent increase anymore for another 7 years.

Are there any Caravan Parks where you can actually purchase your own lot??
@@RedneckSpacemanyes and no. It won't be a park.
Happy holidays to u and your family and friends God bless always

Great!! Ooorah!!
Thanks for the comment, always nice hearing from you!
I truly like it but the Lot rent wouldn’t last long before it would go up.
I have a fridge like that it's a really nice fridge.
Thanks for the comment, we appreciate you!
Amazing! Over on the west coast of canada such a place would have a starting price of atleast 100,000.00 dollars or even more crazy!!!!
Thanks for the comment and hello to you in Canada!
Wonder if any Parks have reduced rent during the Summer for snowbirds? 6 months in Florida and 6 in Maine. Nice review of this little seasonal home.
Thanks for the comment, we are happy you enjoyed this home tour!
Great job as usual 😊
Thanks for the positive comment!
Mark anything in pembroke pines?
Thanks for the comment, not at the moment, no but keep checking back as our inventory changes all the time!
In Indianapolis that would go for around $8,500.
Thanks for the comment, hello to you in the 317!
Is it all ages? Pets?
Thanks for the comment, yes all ages, yes pets allowed!

The lot rents in southeastern pa., is running 500 to 1000 a month here. Trash removal, and snow removal on main road. No utilities.
It seems high without a driveway

@@rayshelld791 here in south new mexico its 340 water and trash included , snow is rare, free coffee and snacks at the clubhouse..
@marcinasia1731 dang, now that's doable. Its got to the point up here even low income folks can't afford mobile home parks.
Lot rent is much too expensive. I am looking for a mobile home with land for 25,000.

If you paid me $17,000 to live there, I’d say no thanks. Not in floriduh
Thanks for the comment, welcome to the community!
I believe there's a lot of home for the money if I had the money.I buy😢😢😢
Please start your videos with the lot rent within the first 30 sec so we can easily skip ahead to the next if It's not within budget
No laundry in house. Sitting on a sand bar. Lot rent to high. I don't think it's worth more then$5000
agree....plus no shade trees in in sight. Could you imagine that tin box in the summer heat of FL? The a/c bill is probably $200 per month.
Thanks for the comment, like we always say there is a Buyer for every home!

Wow . Thst much for that dump ?? Florida 😂😂
Thanks for the comment, less than 17K for a house!
@themobilehomedealer that's not a house. It's a shack worth maybe $5000.
