The house is nice and clean, But I would have Updated the Appliances with Stainless steel, And change the color of the Cabinets to a White or Tan. I would have Updated the Vanity and Shower in the Primary Bathroom as well. Plus all the Furniture comes with the home is Fantastic. Well maintained. It won't take long to sell, That's for sure. This home is exceptional! It's very spacious but still has a cozy feel about it. I LOVE the painted doors, the stain glass windows, and the choice of decor. Honestly, I'd probably keep it as is if I was blessed enough to be the new owner of this beautiful home. If I had the money, I'd be all over it! 😉😁 The current owners have done a superb job with all the upgrades. This place is a masterpiece! ❤ Thanks for the great tour, Greg!

Very nice home. At first I heard the price and thought it too much but when I saw the work they put into it. How well they have taken care of it and the artwork. I realized why they are asking that price. The new camera is nice, just a bit shaky but you'll fix that in time. I kinda miss the bounce when you'd walk. It reminded me of the Sims game, lol. Good job again.

This won’t last long. Gorgeous home, nice layout. So tempting, hubby and I no longer like the Chicago winters. Although the last time we were in Florida we drove his new ‘75 Trans Am on Daytona beach. 😆 Tempting for sure. Love the new camera!

Hi! This is 8mths old, so maybe you already learned this.
Natural light will cause darkness as the camera is trying to adjust exposure.
Close the blinds, turn on all the lights. You'll have less exposure problems while filming

Hi Greg. I have a question... I own a mobile home in Largo but I'm looking to sell and move into another mobile home. How does that work? Do I sell first and stay somewhere temporarily until I find something or do sellers allow contingency contracts?

Your camera is giving you fits because the mini blinds are open and that's what makes the room show up dark on the camera close the blinds and you won't have that problem

Not EVERY house. lol. It’s funny because we have been getting some really nice ones. People have been fixing these up really nice. This particular home is done so nice too. There is so many variables too. All the new gadgets and things you can update. I love it!!
