I swear your commentary alone has more character than so many other travel channels who only rely on hyping with a loud exaggerated voice. Oh btw, the wife is doing fine, thanks for asking.
This is my favourite travel channel on UA-cam. Your sense of humour and attention to detail makes everything entertaining. I'm also glad you had a good experience this time. The curtain curse of 7C has been lifted!
That's definitely a luxury overnight bus trip, no wonder you slept soundly most of the way. My favorite part is at the end; I've never seen a photo or video of Dotonburi early in the morning, it's both weird to experience it without crowds and peaceful. Thanks and have further safe travels!
Даже не представляла, что такое возможно. В моей стране мы о таком комфорте даже не мечтаем. Удивили, поразили. Рада, что есть страны, где всё для людей. Спасибо за прекрасный обзор.
I find your journeys incredibly relaxing, especially seeing the many cozy places you get to sleep in. They're a nice escape in such a chaotic world. Keep up the great work.
i almost always watch your videos while i eat or when i have breakfast, it's relaxing, i'm from a country in south america, so having the possibility to watch those clean streets, amazing sceneries, even the night buses... it is just... incredible. tysm solo solo travel!
I also live in japan. I enjoy seeing all of the places you visit and the ways you travel. I’ve been recommending your channel to a lot of people that I work with that are new to japan. I love learning the ways I can travel.
I like the wide space considering that it was a bus and the chair can recline really low 👍i smiled when you said that your a photon in a never ending universe 😁 I also like when you show your self in the camera even though it's blurry make me want to see what you look like ☺️😁 ohh.. and the takoyaki ... Hhhmmmm.... 👍❤️ Till the next vid keep safe always...
I found myself watching this particular video twice. Its a virtual travel feast for my eyes. Reminds me of my own overnight luxury bus ride to the north of our country's capital Manila. Arigatou gozaimatzu!
I remember taking my first overnight bus when I visited Japan in 2010 and stayed with my friend. It was a pleasant experience, and I actually wanted to go with this method of transport again if I visit again.
Your videos make me want to return to Japan! So relaxing and informative. And I love how your sense of humor comes through the captions! Keep up the excellent work!
I love watching these videos. So relaxing and it not only makes me want to visit Japan but freaking ride some of their different transportation systems, especially the ferries! Only thing that bothers me about this video, what was that box at the end, and why was in floating in the canal like that? I need answers! 🤣😆
My thoughts as well, lol 🤔😅. My impressions of Japan in 2018 was cleanliness, politeness and graciousness from the locals. Food was mostly delicious. Love their rice! However, vegetables and fruits were very expensive! I hope to visit this beautiful country again fairly soon. Maybe even do a 'drive myself around' vacation ;-)).
That's what passes for a "dirty canal" in Japan. He certainly would never have seen that in the U.S... because he'd have been mugged and on the way to the hospital by then...
My first video after subscribing on your channel yesterday! Binge watching your old video so I laugh a lot at the cursed chair aka the 7C 🤣🤣 thank you for another video! Can't wait to actually be in Japan 🥲
The problem with shelving, hooks and storage is the increased likelihood of forgetting something. Good thing you are an experienced traveler! Thank you Solo-San!
I enjoy your videos so much, so relaxing yet funny. Plus I now have the urge to hop on a plane and travel to Japan, especially to try a bus and a ferry. I got excited when I woke up this morning as there was a new video to watch. Great work. Thank you.
I'm always looking forward to the day when I can go on a trip to Japan while watching new videos on this channel. I'm sure there will be a day when I watch videos during my trip to Japan.
What a great "revenge trip", lol. So relaxing and that private cabin is the stuff my dreams are made of. By the way, I found those heated eye masks at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Torrance, CA (Del Amo Fashion Square). I haven't tried them yet, lol. As always, your videos are relaxing and informative. And takoyaki at the end! Yum!!!
These videos are very helpful in my plans for my eventual trip to Japan. It makes the whole thing seem a lot more do able watching someone show what travel stuff is like there.
Hi! Your channel is great, it makes me feel so comfy, haha. And his humor cheers everyone up, the jokes are on point. Keep traveling, I'll be here from Brazil watching happily. Thanks for existing!
So amazing and super cool! In UK I feel like premium ride, when in not going with overcrowded coach, with none working AC and broken toilet that's as a bonus smells ! (Yes, that's not overeating, that was 2 of 6 travels for me between MK and Leeds :( Anyway, amazing! Thank you for the movie! Best wishes
What had me fixated at 11:20 was the movement of what I am guessing would be bonito flakes reacting to the heat of the food they were sprinkled on top of..were MOVING! I prefer my food to move when I push it around with chop sticks or some other eating tool. Took me four times to stop looking at the dried fish flakes moving, rewind, and re-read the text. Nice smoky accent those flakes, just that they moved on their own was a WHAT! moment. Got it. Moving on. Thanks for sharing the trip.
I hope you can hear me talking to the screen! When something goes wrong for you, I'm here in Canada saying "Oh no!" And when you say "What?" I say "What?" too! And when you say thank you, I say, "Thank YOU, Solo Solo!" Best wishes flowing to you. Your videos make me so happy.
@@RoverWaters Да таких автобусов в России нет. Проехать всю Японию можно за одну ночь, а Россию потребуется 10 дней. У нас основной транспорт это железные дороги и самолеты. Но автобус действительно СУПЕР!!!
Anyone else finding themselves watching these videos right before going to bed like I have? They are just so relaxing.
Me too. The perfect kind of video if someone wants to relax before sleeping especially for people like me who suffer from insomnia
well..
this is me doing this
Me. Every night 💀😂
I love how he doesn't talk but still narrates
I live on the ocean and use ferries often, so these sounds soothe me ❤️
Yes! So comforting :)

The deserted Dotonbori in the morning looks so peaceful.
Some say that the rogue package wanders the waterways of Osaka to this very day.
It was a lovely video! Thank you!
I love these videos, even through just text captions you have a great way of getting out information that's both educational and humorous.
