This is a tutorial showing you how to make the Final Fantasy Gunblade. All you need is one sheet of foam board. And I give you the template which makes it very easy for you. It is a fun project, is easy to make, and it comes out great. And it is double layered for extra strength.

You just need 1 sheet of foam board 20x30 inches and 5mm thick. Some glue, some paint and optionally some mod podge to seal and preserve it.

you should add more to the foam armor tutorials, or make a tutorial on how to assemble a chainmail shirt, since getting it to fit is one of the hardest parts of making chainmail. this is a great channel, always watch the videos.

have you done Noctis's blade from the newest Final Fantasy 15?
have you ever thought about going back to the glass dagger project and doing green sand casting and casting a metal version of it? I personally think it would be really cool.
Any chance you could make your next sword out of cardboard as an example? I've never had any luck making your tutorials with cardboard so it'd be great to see it.

That was a cool cheap and quick build that everyone can do. Have you done PVC and Eva foam projects? Storta kinda new here so I don't know much about your past projects.
I have a small bit of a challange for you, shouldn't be too hard, but it'll cause you to make something really awesome I'm sure of it.
Try the Ninkata from the game Warframe or any katana type weapon really (Yamato from the DMC series might also fit the bill) but I want to see it all. Blade and sheath, fully painted and detailed! there's the word. Detailed. I want to see the indivudual fittings on the handle and the saya. I want to see a blade bevel, maybe even a bo-hi (we'd call it a blood groove or fuller) and a hamon line. I want a rounded handle and sheath, not a block. Basicly, I want you to take your time and build something of utter beauty as well as fuctionality. For the orniments and the rounding of the handle and saya, might I suggest Paper Clay?
In fact, to expand on that idea, do a pair, but do one as fast as you can and do the other slowly and carefully. Might be an interesting idea and will let people cearly see the difference time and effort make.
Love your tutorials and videos, been a subscriber for a while now. I know you do mostly fantasy with a little sci-fi on the side, but I'd love to see a some horror thrown in. Specifically, maybe some cosmic horror in the form of a Cthulhu Cultist mask? Really really curious to see how you'd take on something like that.

I've been thinking about redoing my genderswapped Squall cosplay(my first cosplay but it was for Halloween about maybe 6 years ago) and I've been trying to find an easy way to make a gunblade since I didn't have one then!

I liked the ease of this project as my children want to g to a Con this year; their first, and we are doing a Steampunk theme. This gunblade should be fun; if I can get them to do it? I think it will be cool.

Can you use EVA Foam?
i dont recommend it, eva foam tends to be less strong and the blade will end up very wobbly. Hope this helps.
You can, just be sure to use something rigid as a middle piece or, as Wesley said, it will come out really wobbly.
can you make a quick predator face mask because I need to know how to make one for a comic Con in a few days. I would prefer if you made it possible to have a mandible rig

my favorite one is the shield so far, you could put some nordic runes in the shield it would look pretty cool
I challenge you to make a light saber that lights up all you need for a handle is a mini metal flashlight to make a light saber that lights up and I'm sure you could figure out what to use for the blade of a light saber
