You have no idea how much I love the fact you discuss so many Full Moon films... I've actually gotten to work with Charlie Band a few times. I was an extra in Gingerdead Man 3. Killed by a pissed off cookie in a roller rink...
I grew up with Full Moon so it is an absolute pleasure to talk about them. They are just pure enjoyment. Hilarious! I'll have to go back and check that out.
The ZombieMan In the 80s and 90s, video rental was very lucrative. When you got a new VHS, for a new movie, they were priced at $70-$100, depending on how many you ordered. In recent times they make money off a monthly subscription, to their website, and selling remastered editions of the old movies. They also have rites to many classic Giallo, Horror, and Sci-Fi/exploitation movies. So you can rent a view, or order VHS and Blu-Rays of movies. They also make money in licensing with comics, toys, etc. They've built a pretty good business, with a lot of hardcore fans, who collect a lot of Full Moon products. Fuck! I've written a thesis, on how Full Moon makes money.😜 I've been watching too many of these videos.
I really hope this channel gets the recognition it deserves, it's incredibly well documented and put together, and super funny! I hope it gets at least 200 000 subs this year, if not more!
*Nerdy Voice* Children of the Corn Kid was not dressed as "Little Lord Fauntleroy" he was dressed as The Blue Boy from the painting of the same name by Thomas Gainsborough.
I watched this movie so many times as a kid, that I bought it when my videostore changed from VHS to DVD. There are so many funny phrases, and hilarious moments, like when the kids play war, or when Oopsie Daysie talks about shitting her pants! Classic
Full moon was such a big part of my childhood go to the vhs dvd rental place and you could almost always find anew full moon pic or the kid movies aka moon beam
It's a great movie, IMO. Just re-watched it the other night after not watching it for 20 years. I was blown away at how tight and well paced the film is compared to some of the crap that comes out nowadays. Would love to watch an in-depth Good Bad Flicks treatment!
I couldn't remember the title of this until now. I saw this as a kid and it just became a blurry memory, so at first I thought it was Puppet Master, then Dolls, then every other fucking monster toy b movie until i finally found this lol its actually amazing how Charles Band was able to get these movies broadcast on TV so often.
Something hilarious... Demonic Toys is one of my favorite B rate movies. My fiance's favorite B rate movie is Puppet Master. The first movie I ever saw that had Puppet Master in it was Puppet Master vs Demonic Toys. We now have an entire genre of movies that combine the two of our love's for B rate movies. And we security guards always watch The Puppet Master Series while on duty. I'm taking a break to watch this. Duh.
I like Demonic Toys. Full Moon was very hit and miss. Take for example, the Puppet Master series. I found a DVD at Walmart that had every single Puppet Master movie, on several DVDs, one box, for less than $4.00. I thought I had struck gold. But I was remembering those movies with children's nostalgia goggles. The first one was okay, but the rest went from bad to downright unwatchable. If any franchise could benefit from a reboot, it's the Puppet Master series.
Word Unheard I like the first one well enough, but I thought 2 & 3 were better. (First movie is a slow burn, 2 & 3 were really entertaining) I would say everything after 3 went down hill fast, tho a couple of the shitty entries were charming enough to get stoned & sit through. Also last I heard the new Puppet Master is a reboot, but it will still probably be low budget schlock so it might not be your cup of tea
What?! There's a "Demonic Toys Versus Puppet Master" movie?! That's so awesome! I love versus movies, and saw both of those films as a kid. Hope to watch that versus for Halloween this year! 🎃
MY OWN OPINION ON THIS LATE 80’s MOVIE OF (DEMONIC TOYS) I enjoyed seeing this (B)rated movie, and to add I thought it was good. An so I strongly think that this movie (Demonic Toys) deserves the right to be rebooted.
Every week could be a Charles Band/Full Moon/Empire Pictures release. So many of us grew up on Band's awesome schlock and new generations need exposed to the classics.
There's so many memorable stupid lines from this movie. My favorite was "First I'm going to crawl on top of you and do the nasty!" In high school we'd say that constantly
Hahaha!! Great review, i absolutely love this movie since I first saw it many years ago. Definitely watch it more than i probably should but its a fun beer movie.
It's like Child's Play, Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child, and the South Park episode, Woodland Critter Christmas, were all put into a blender.
I watched so many Full Moon films when I was a kid. My mom put my brother and I on out video store account as being able to rent R rated stuff without them, so we would watch all sorts of crazy horror films. It was great back in the day you would pick movies mainly based on the cover and what little info was on the back. Full Moon always had batshit crazy movies that were great to watch as a kid (well we enjoyed them anyway lol). There are a ton off video stor classic horror films that people would end up renting because of the crazy cover or bat shit premise. I miss video stores quite a bit...
Demonic Toys and Dollman Vs Demonic Toys were amusing and entertaining in a bad way. I think I tried watching the vs puppet master one and it... well, the less said, the better.
All I can say is FINALLY! I have been waiting for you to do this one for a while. While it's not as scary as say the original few Puppet Master Films, this movie does have it's own charm. It has a very unusual story that only works because of the Toy designs they went with. I honestly can't wait until you tackle Dollman vs The Demonic Toys. That will be glorious. :) I'm not to sure how far back your taste in movies go....but there is a horror from the mid sixties that is finally getting a blu ray release, (no DVD though). It has the always fantastic Peter Cushing. And it is called Island of Terror. Deals with giant bone sucking Silicate monsters :)
I remember watching arcade on sci-fi one time when I was little. Also there was another movie where this little robot took Play Time serious by killing other people
You´re a real Full Moon Fan, aren´t you ? Jeez, after you being gone from the escapist, they only got Yahtzee left. If he heads of, there will be no reason left, to attend that site.
Does anyone remember a movie where there was a demonic play house and these kids had to keep feeding kids to it so they could continue to play in it. I have been trying to find the movie forever
This movie gave me some serious childhood trauma!!! I remember that lazy security guard explaining how good his job was that allowed him to just sit around and eat chicken all night. Well, looks like he really got boned in the in, eehhhh??? But, didn't the th who played Mark star in another similar horror movie from that time? As a kid I remembered seeing him because I watched all these types of movies back then, such as having an all-night Basket Case marathon among others. Anyway, thanks for looking into this movie, it's sentimental in a weird way even though it made me unable to sleep for the next few nights.
This is like Child's Play without the incantation made by the antagonist when his blood reached the toys or the Small Soldiers without the voice of Tommy Lee Jones
You have no idea how much I love the fact you discuss so many Full Moon films... I've actually gotten to work with Charlie Band a few times. I was an extra in Gingerdead Man 3. Killed by a pissed off cookie in a roller rink...
michael rojas what a way to go.
I grew up with Full Moon so it is an absolute pleasure to talk about them. They are just pure enjoyment.
Hilarious! I'll have to go back and check that out.
I need to know how does Full Moon Studios make money
The ZombieMan

What were the other times you worked with him?
"you ever notice everything tastes like chicken"?
"yeah, everything except this shit".
one of my favorite exchanges in any film
the guy who plays matt was actually my old acting teacher.
Was he a nice person?
I really hope this channel gets the recognition it deserves, it's incredibly well documented and put together, and super funny! I hope it gets at least 200 000 subs this year, if not more!
Thank you! I'm getting there slowly but surely :)
"You are not Fecklar!"
Best Worf line ever.
*Nerdy Voice* Children of the Corn Kid was not dressed as "Little Lord Fauntleroy" he was dressed as The Blue Boy from the painting of the same name by Thomas Gainsborough.

She's getting her own movie! Wonder how that'll be???!
Full moon was such a big part of my childhood go to the vhs dvd rental place and you could almost always find anew full moon pic or the kid movies aka moon beam
Hey, she was also Captain Lockley!
Why should I watch this movie?
"oh, there is Tracy Scoggins, the star of Snow Job!"
sold.
She was luscious in this movie
@@16rumpole Hell yes. Also very fit and strong!
Was hoping you'd do this one some time. Full Moon sure knows how to entertain.
Nice to see you still creating content. Love you.
Anyone notice the Demonic Toys were in Krampus?
Do "From Beyond" 1986, please!
Agreed :)
si si!

The Fek'lhr joke killed me.
Worf does it every time.
:)
"You are not Feklar" LOL
He's nothing but a flim-flam man!
Scoggins was also on Lois and Clark in the 90's.
She looks great in this movie.
@@99karmarShe certainly looks fit and strong!
The fact that you used Feklar is amazing. Keep up the great work.
" What the hell is Bleve!?"🤣🤣🤣 i love your sense of humor!
Thank you! :)
Full Moon gold. Just got around to watching this...keep it up Cecil!!
Damn, you are on point in this episode! Fantastic stuff! :D
Thanks!
Love your Bill Paxton impersonation
puppet master vs demonic toys is AMAZING
Cecil, this and Puppet Masters are my favorite Full Moon horror movies. I can't enough of the Isty-Baby. LOL!!!
Monday is here!!! and it's another full moon video!

"gon' do the nasty"
lol
I Recently rewatched this episode and it finally dawned on me: Lincoln and Hess. Fred Lincoln and David Hess!😮
"Run! Run, bitch." LOL
thank you for doing more Fullmoon
You're welcome :)
1:27 Wow, he dodged 18 years of child support.. Whew..
the part about her son saving her is strangely touching.
This movie used to scare the crap out of me along time ago when I was a kid, along time ago.
I'd love to see you do an ep on "Dolls" (1987).
Same
Brilliant review, I have never seen this but I will check it out as it looks like fun.

Yeah, if it was done right.
I watched this a while back on Hulu, and it's really great.
What?! There's a "Demonic Toys Versus Puppet Master" movie?! That's so awesome! I love versus movies, and saw both of those films as a kid. Hope to watch that versus for Halloween this year! 🎃
"Hi Mark" might just be my favorite joke you've ever done.
:)
I haven't seen this movie in over 25 years yet I remember the scene with the naked chick very vividly.
I love your videos. Keep up the incredible work!
Thank you!

Cats are known for making gun noises.😂

Thanks for uploading GBF!!
"Hi Mark" bahahahaha nearly lost it.

The real gas mask kids from Doctor Who
Every week could be a Charles Band/Full Moon/Empire Pictures release. So many of us grew up on Band's awesome schlock and new generations need exposed to the classics.
I would love to see you do a video of the accidental tourist, it's a strange movie with an awkward feel throughout
There's so many memorable stupid lines from this movie. My favorite was "First I'm going to crawl on top of you and do the nasty!" In high school we'd say that constantly
Awesome as always! Have you seen Turbo Kid? Awesome 80's, post-apo homage. Even has the song from Rad. Pretty awesome!
Rented it so many times as a kid. I don't think the Demonic Toys toy line was ever produced though.
I hate when cats are mistaken for gun shots
I'm surprised you haven't tackled any of the "Ghoulies" movies yet...good video as always
Good ole Full Moon, they always deliver.
You actually had me at "Full Moon"
Great Review Video! 4:08... I have that same pocket knife!
Thanks!
Hahaha!! Great review, i absolutely love this movie since I first saw it many years ago. Definitely watch it more than i probably should but its a fun beer movie.
Tracy Scoggins is glorious in this movie. She was so hot.
I always wondered what that chicken tasted like. It looked greasy as fuck.
It's like Child's Play, Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child, and the South Park episode, Woodland Critter Christmas, were all put into a blender.

Hey cecil have you seen shrunken heads? It's one of my favorite full moon movies and probably of their most weird entries.
Demonic Toys and Dollman Vs Demonic Toys were amusing and entertaining in a bad way. I think I tried watching the vs puppet master one and it... well, the less said, the better.
Gunshots? Nah must be the wind.
6:36 "First, I'm going to crawl on top of you and do the nasssty." That's my pickup line!
All I can say is FINALLY! I have been waiting for you to do this one for a while.

Feklr for the win!!!
I can't believe I've actually heard of Snow Job before this point.
YES! A SNOW JOB REFERENCE!
“His nightly bucket” 😁
2:06 I wanna drive that Evil Chicken Mobile.
I remember watching arcade on sci-fi one time when I was little. Also there was another movie where this little robot took Play Time serious by killing other people
The empty child? 😱NOOOOOPPPEE
Do a video on the 1987 Dolls movie.
THANK YOU CECIL !
Please do a video on "Slappy & the Stinkers".
You´re a real Full Moon Fan, aren´t you ?
Jeez, after you being gone from the escapist, they only got Yahtzee left.
If he heads of, there will be no reason left, to attend that site.
El Chuppacabra Right?
I'm surprised you left out Tracy's roll as Elizabeth Lochley on Babylon 5.
I hope you do a video on Ghoulies
I was hoping he would do "Dolls" the 1987 film..
I have a friend that reminds me of the security guard. They both got mauled by demonic toys too, coincidentally.
Please do Arena down the road, good cheesy scifi film
I'm the security guard at the demonic toy warehouse. Until I hear a bomb explosion, I'm got leving the locked room with the guns.
Does anyone remember a movie where there was a demonic play house and these kids had to keep feeding kids to it so they could continue to play in it. I have been trying to find the movie forever
Did you do "Story of Ricky" aka "Ricky-Oh" already? I cant find it.
Anyways, I love your vids. Perfect voice also.
Dennis Vandenberg one of the best movies ever XD
and im being serious.
+bananaempijama Yes! :)
"Alright! You got a lot of guts Oscar!"
He did not :( and yes he does :)
Wasn't it was lika a 12 episode on his site? I remember seeing it

Yeah cause cats are often mistaken for gunshots hahahaha, damn that made me laugh
Please cover Arena some day. I love all these interesting movies I exposed myself to.
will you review. the rest of rhe puppet master series? and the other demonic toys also?
I'll cover all of them eventually
Thumbs up for FekLehr!
Awesome 👏🏻!
I appreciate the Dr. Who reference.
This is like Child's Play without the incantation made by the antagonist when his blood reached the toys or the Small Soldiers without the voice of Tommy Lee Jones
Great as always Cecil.
Holy shit I remember Eliminators it had the original Mandroid! Hopefully it gets the GBF treatment one day.
Thanks! They are on the liste
IDK, The 7th Guest had creepier toys in Stauf's mansion.
Great review! You should review Ghoulies (1984) soon. It's another small monster movie that's so bad it's good.
Thanks!
Never got into the Demonic Toys, like I did Puppet Master movies.
It's probably because I saw Puppet Master first.
You should do "Solomon Kane" 2009!!!!
