    These things freeze well. They are great to make in a big batch, so you can have a meal at short notice with a few dumplings and some noodles. Just cook them from frozen.

    Looks delicious! I have made pot stickers. Very similar ingredients but they are fried rather than boiled.

    Looks very tasty. I've never seen people put food into a freezer just prior to consumption before. I'm surprised the pastry held up after being put into boiling water, I was expecting it to dissolve.

    I'd add galangal, prawns, and sesame oil, and change the cabbage for leeks.

      No, don’t cook the meat first. Wrap the meat raw. The boiling will cook it.

      Make your own. They are a very basic pastry mix. There are plenty of pages on the web that tell you how. The packs of prepared wrappers are just a convenience.
