hey, i hate turn base RPG, but i love pokemon first generation! go figure... stories like yours always impress me, you have the privilege of being part of a gamer family! great video!
I was very lucky when it came to my parents supporting even my most seemingly meaningless hobbies. It's a good thing too because if they didn't, I wouldn't be here interacting with you guys and starting new discussions!
Awesome video as always man! Keep up the great work. Excited to see your channel grow in the near future. Don’t give up, keep pushing, keep pumping out amazing content, and the world will find you.
for me RPG's are also my least favorite genre but thats because i grew up with Mario & Luigi Dream Team and Paper Jam when i played Xenoblade 1 & 2 they just didn't click because it felt like i could just mindlessly push buttons to win and since then i view the RPG genre as my least favorite because winning feels like RNG most of the time and also you're not in control of damage you take (which i feel is a big missed oppertunity for Xenoblade)
Yeah its hard to get back into the regular RPG titles once you have been spoiled by a Mario RPG! Like I said in the video though, always give a game a second chance! (Unless you already have lol)
Turn Based games will never be my favorite, but I can enjoy games like Baten Kaitos, Ar Tonelico 2, Valkyrie Profile 2 because I can take action no matter whose turn it is. If it's just a numbers game to get the win then I will mentality check out. It's not worth my time playing the game. I need to be proactive. That's why active combat or real time combat will always be my favorite, but those games I mentioned are fine too and I can play them. Good video dude. :)
For me once I played Paper Mario a lot of RPGs just felt like they were missing something. Although, 'm still glad that I played through that game because it made me appreciate the wacky story aspects of some other RPGs. I love being able to play a game that I don't 100% love, it helps me learn what exactly I do and don't like. Its not something everyone can do so its awesome that you can play games that aren't your favorite!
Another great video. Can really see the evolution in your content in the few videos you have created. That said, some of the parts about your child hood ran a little long in my opinion
You are totally 100% correct. This script was very difficult to write and i ended up leaning into the story aspect to compensate for the "wordy" parts of the essay. Thank you so much for leaving this comment. It helps a lot to have real criticism without hate.
Here before 1k subs. Seriously man, you're gonna blow up-- the quality and effort you put into your videos is something to be admired.
Thank you so much for your confidence! It means a lot especially when a video dies like this one did😩😂

Fantastic video! I love the way you tell narratives through your videos to help you prove a point, it's enjoyable every step of the way!
Thank you so much! It was something that I decided to try out for the last 2 videos and I love to do it! Makes it feel more real for me.

I hope so. You guys are what gives me the confidence to keep going!

This dude will be big someday
That means a lot to me. I can't say thank you enough for that kind of support and confidence.
