If it was not so bitterly cold outside, (Carnegie Mellon canceled classes today my daughter attends) I would be roaming about getting cake ingredients and tools. I am still watching videos at marathon speed and in my delirium from lack of sleep, hear: BACON STRIPS instead of baking strips and MOUSE instead of mousse. I am Greek and yes the lemon is in the genetic makeup. I make the spanakopita as you did with your mother (lovely!) with egg feta ricotta and or cream cheese mixed in with the spinach and some dill (not a fan of dill and hard to get in Western Pa in the dead of winter. Have you tried it? Also I just bought a flour mill waiting to get it ..... My son hates the mess I make in the kitchen but I am creative and messy!!!!!!! I suggested you get a potters wheel portable one to decorate cakes (I have one for clay) I suggested the skirt you can buy to put on your bowl while you add ingredients it is see thru and will help your lungs counteract small particles embedding in them. What a way to die.

Where did you get the large grass tip? I've been looking for a large grass tip, but can't find them anywhere.
