That is quite a lot of range, but the Elantra only has an 11 U.S. gal tank. Genuinely, it's really only because it gets awesome MPG that 500+ miles is possible. To give you a bit of perspective: The 8th gen Toyota Camry Hybrid has a 13.2 U.S. gal tank and in XLE/SE/XSE trims, is supposed to achieve 47mpg. Assuming this and draining the tank, range is estimated at well over 600 miles. My current car, (an ES 350 w/ 3.5L V6) on a 400+ mile trip returned 37.7mpg. It has a 16.9 U.S. gal tank, so if I were to completely drain the tank, assuming I get 37.7mpg, I'd be able to travel ~ 630 miles. It's all in how you drive.
I like your style of reviewing. So unique
great review! I love this car!
This is a POV Drive, No Talking!
The Hyundai Elantra Is Not So Bad😉👍👏🚗💨!!!
The cabin isn't exactly a quiet place to be.
Yea its a car under 30k what did you expect.
@@dyl6085 A $24,000 Mazda 3 is much quieter.
You must take into consideration the binaural audio, which can and will sound louder as it is picking up every sound for a more immersive experience
@@corkeymonsteris this a Mazda 3?
@@Yungndturnt I was replying to the comment that you shouldn't expect a quiet cabin for under $30k but the Mazda 3 is much quieter.
I noticed that the gas milage on a full tank is 500 miles which that's insane for a hybrid system

73 in a 55 speed zone Is crazy
Nice. Should have put upgraded infotainment and gauge cluster in this
Great bro 👍
Great!
Could u maybe do this review with the new sonata hybrid sel?
Nice
this car runs so good on gas
6AT? DCT?
The Elantra hybrid (as well as many other Hyundai hybrids) uses a 6spd auto with torque converter, so no dual clutches here.
mpg's?
29 - 39
For hybrid (1.6L) it’s 50 MPG Combined, 49 City/52 Hwy
For the regular (2.0L) it’s 34 MPG Combined, 31 City/40 Hwy
also, youll notice in the beginning of the video that the gas milage is 500 miles on a full tank
I love the car but never leave the key in the car ok
agreeed, it can get stolen. it doesn’t let you shift if the key isn’t in there so it can’t go anywhere, we have a Telluride so we know lol
Road, tyre noise

Prop rod? 138hp? Fwd? No thanks
Imagine coming to a video of an economy commuter hybrid and complaining about it being an economy commuter hybrid.
You expect an economy car to have 300+ horsepower?
@@XsaviXandermy one does
@@XsaviXandermore than 400 horsepower
@@Carterzzz1 Gonna guess it's no longer stock. Either that, or your definition of "economy car" is very different from the rest of us.
cant stand the grey interior. everything is grey these days.
It’s better than if it was only available in black
