The bmw is fun and my bmw war rally realible, i drived more then 30.000km with a 2016 bmw and its was very good, but the maintanance is very expensive. I have a MB C300, recently I rented a 2023 Sonata for a business trip, I could not believe it is beyond my expectation, I ended up extend my contract one more day just to enjoy driving the Sonora. Good job Hyundai ! BTW , my son has a 2021 Kia K5, he loves it too.
Your attention to detail is incredible. I really like how you went in depth on the features a lot of other videos skip over like the rear sun shade, the new infotainment system and even the clever way the visor lamp shuts off of you leave it on. Great stuff 🔥

Finally fixed the front end of this car. Beautiful car inside and out along with 100k mile warranty. Going to see ALOT of these cars on the road. Hope they keep it under 40K fully loaded.
I just picked mine up, Portofino Gray, and with good bargaining skills, and good credit, 37k with a 10 year 150,000 mile warranty for everything, not just powertrain. I also got the liners, cargo net, bumper pad, wheel locks, roadside kit, and door protection. They have a $1500 rebate going right now.

No HUD, only heated N-style seats, driver is powered, but passenger is not, no heated rear seats, not even a vent on the rear of the center console for the rear passengers. It's pretty stripped down. As far as driving goes, it's really surprising for a 3500lb car. It does not require premium, but there is a noticeable increase in power with 91/93. Look up the octane learning. I haven't found proof they use it on the Sonata N-Line, but they use it on the Elantra N. I think I have a clip from my dash cam I could load up for an idea of how it handles.
As an Audi owner, I recently had 2 kids so I made a decision to buy the Kia Carnival to move family around since it was spacious and affordable. Now I am having a hard time to justify my intension to go back to the German brands. My Audi Q7 is getting old but really, Hyundai and Kia are becoming worthy competitors more and more lately.
Man if they make a full N version of this beauty it would be spectacular. Even make it the first N vehicle with 6 cylinders. Hyundai is finally starting to get some attention, so they might be able to pull off the price tag that a 6 cylinder Sonata N would bring

Quite literally a budget Genesis without any compromise. The only thing inferior about this Sonata is the FWD setup and Wet-DCT. But then again, this is a cool $10K cheaper than an equivalently equipped G70. And the interior in this is much better looking!

Don’t consider all those features to come to the U.S. lol for example, the heads up display, rear sun shades, rear heated seats and maybe not even ambient lighting will come as an option to the U.S. most of these features only are for the Korean market, if you don’t believe me wait till it comes to the U.S. lol

To say im astonished is an understatement, before this video I knew what hyundai, kia, and genesis had, I knew they were on the rise with the luxeries but this sonata....OMG, the amount of premium things this has was the whole reason i loved kia and genesis, with the cameras for the turn signal and the rear heated seats, I wanted a stinger for those things and for this to come with those things AND MORE is insane, throughout the whole interior tour I was just astonished and to add on top of that the face lift, me myself wasn't really to keen on the way this car use to look but now, I can confidently say I would definitely buy this over many of its competitors and those above this price range

This car looks better both outside and inside than many luxury cars out there. My only concern is the reliability which hyundai, Kia still have issues with and the added services needed to maintain that 2.5T. Otherwise this car should sell really well cuz they took elements of other brand and masterfully put different design elements together!
Hyundais and Kias have performed pretty well reliability-wise. Only Honda, Toyota, Subaru can beat them. It's with their DCT-equipped cars that I've heard them have some problems, however.
Hyundai got into the top league in terms of reliability a few years ago and now considering the impressive design and tech upgrades which Toyota certainly lacks, there might be no reason to get a Camry anymore. I’ve had a few Camrys and Lexus’s as a die hard Toyota fanboy but mehn!
2021 Hyundai Elantra owner here, Toyota is currently revamping their Tacoma with i believe to be on track to revamp the highlander and Camry in the next few years! i would definitely give Hyundai the edge in the sedan department. Im actually looking to switch to the new 2024 Tacoma TRD pro next year but for personal reasons!

Yes, ambient lighting is present below the screens and on the front door trim, but not across the dash like the 2023. Stay tuned for a night drive since I will be dropping a video rather soon.
I know this is super knit picky but I hate that the volume controls on the steering wheel were switched from the left side to the right, since I myself mainly drive with only my left hand
I was very put off by the last Sonata design and I only buy large sedans, so I bought a Lexus ES 300h. I wish this car was around when I was shopping. If I ever decide to trade my ES in, I hope a hybrid version of this is available in the US market.

In terms of looks, this gives its sister car the K5 a run for their money. That's a drop dead gorgeous car.
I picked up the '23 N Line but damn this year N Line got a bunch of upgrades.

I've got a 2020 limited, no problems thus far, 27k miles. But we will continue to see.
The 2.5t engine is good. Hyundai/Kia have issues with the DCT on their AWD crossovers that they recently ironed out the issues.
2016 Sonata, purchased new. Still only about 45 thousand miles on it but nonetheless, zero issues so far

I know this is super knit picky but I hate that the volume controls on the steering wheel were switched from the left side to the right, since I myself mainly drive with only my left hand
I was very put off by the last Sonata design and I only buy large sedans, so I bought a Lexus ES 300h. I wish this car was around when I was shopping. If I ever decide to trade my ES in, I hope a hybrid version of this is available in the US market.
