Fuel നന്നായി കത്തുകയും എന്നാൽ connecting rod bearing നു സമ്മർദ്ദം കുറയ്ക്കുകയും ഒരുപോലെ priority വേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ ആണ്.

Brother today i had a issuee that my bullet is not handling the slow speed ith suddenly stopping so i opend up the cb point that time i saww some amount of grease is there in that cb point after cleaning it all ith became alright brother can you please suggest how to prevent grease coming from that governer
@@aftabanees7495 actually that grease should be there in the shaft area. If it is leaking out it may cause failure of shaft bushing also. So that is the major issue.
Kick lever ൽ compression feel ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ മനസിലാവും, എന്നിട്ട് spark plug അഴിക്കണം. അങ്ങനെയും മനസിലാക്കാം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ contract breaker അകലുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള സ്ട്രോക്ക് ആണ് compression stroke. അപ്പോഴാണെല്ലോ spark ഉണ്ടാകുക.

@@aftabanees7495 I’ll reply all the questions/comments dear. Actually synthetic oil is not harmful to seals. But they will wash the inside of the engine to clean all the debris and that may leads to leaking through old seals(old oil seals do there purpose with the help of the debris sedimented around them). So some mechanics complain about synthetic oils. Anyway if all of us using synthetic oils and replacing it in time make all our mechanics jobless 😀.
@@RKR1978 sir and also a doubt also my 1984 model bullet is not getting its pucc certificatee and i had tuned the carbratour on the basis of refering your video after that the carbratour is freezing cold and waterdroplets are comming through the silelncer too is it a good sign of complete combustion brother….??
@@aftabanees7495 yes it is a complete combustion. But just check the spark plug after going a small ride(especially a small steeper road). After the steeper side stop the vehicle at once and wait for a short while to cool the engine(a bit cool not upto atmospheric temperature, just we can touch it) then remove the spark plug and check whether the colour is Coffee brown. Coffee brown is the exact colour of ideal combustion. If that is greyish white, it’s so dangerous(it’s called lean burn). Anyway avoid lean burn. Bye keep in touch. Update the experiments here. 👍😍

കുറച്ചു ദിവസം എടുക്കാതിരുന്ന്, ഇപ്പോൾ start ചെയ്യാൻ നോക്കിയിട്ട് കഴിയുന്നില്ല.. Point ഒക്കെ clean ചെയ്തു നോക്കി.. Tdc എല്ലാം ok ആക്കി.. എന്നിട്ടും ameter ൽ negative point കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല. പക്ഷ ligt on ആക്കുമ്പോൾ negative കാണിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. എന്തെങ്കിലും പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ടോ..
Sorry for late reply. The ignition coil couldn't get the supply, so the ammeter is not discharging. please check the current is coming to the delco.(just try to ground it by a screw driver or connect a light bulb across it). If there is no current coming there the switch key/connecter below the switch is faulty.( Anyway please tell if you find a solution to this problem)

ഒരു സംശയം കുറെ നാളായി ചോദിക്കണം എന്ന് വിചാരിക്കുന്നു. 1985 മോഡൽ ബുള്ളെറ്റ് ആണ് ഉള്ളത്,നമ്മൾ വളരെ വലിയ ഇടവേളകളിൽ full tank fuel അടിക്കുമ്പോൾ 20 ml,2T/4T ഓയിൽ ഒഴിക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതാണെന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്,അഭിപ്രായം പറയാമോ?
2T oil ഇടയ്ക്കു ഒഴിക്കാം. Tank തുരുമ്പു കുറയ്ക്കും എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്... അതുപോലെ engine ൽ പണി നടത്തിയാൽ അൽപ്പകാലം ഇത് പോലെ ഒഴിക്കണം 25ml/litre petrol
ചേട്ടാ, ഞാൻ 2008 മോഡൽ Bullet വാങ്ങി.ഞാൻ ഗിയർ Shift ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ എപ്പോഴും nuteral ൽ പോകുന്നു. വണ്ടിയുടെ Complaint ആണെന്ന് വച്ച് mechanic നെ കാണിച്ചു അവർ പറഞ്ഞു problem onnum ഇല്ല. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് gear ഇടാൻ അറിയാത്തത് കൊണ്ടാണെന്ന്. ഇത് എങ്ങനെയാണ് ഇടുന്നത്
ഒരു ഗിയറിൽ കാല്ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വലിച്ചു ഇട്ടു ഉടൻ കാൽ വിടരുത്... അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ പിടിച്ചു വെച്ച് clutch വിട്ടു വണ്ടി മുന്നോട്ടു ചലിപ്പിയ്ക്കണം... അങ്ങനെ ആയതിനു ശേഷം കാല് relax ചെയ്യുക... ഉദാ. First gear ഇടുന്നു കാൽ അങ്ങനെ മുകളിലേക്കു പിടിച്ചു clutch വിട്ട് വണ്ടി ചലിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നിട്ട് കാൽ അയക്കുക അതുപോലെ ഓരോ ഗിയറും... അനുഭവം പറയുക
താക്കോലിന്റെ പ്രശ്നം ആയിരിക്കും. Or fuse പോയതായാലും മതി... Delco യിലേക്ക് ഉള്ള wire connection പോയതായാലും... ഒക്കെ ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരിക്കും... പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഇവിടെ ഒന്ന് പറയണേ

We can check it by standing on the kick lever. If it hold our weight for 2-3 seconds it seems to be a good compression.

@@aneessubair4796 some paint problem. I couldn’t understand. We commonly powder coated the head after removing the paint already there in it.

@@aftabanees7495 no disturbance dear, I like to help you all if I can 😍. Actually there is a seal inside the governor in the shaft. We can replace it.

ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ തനിയെ ഒരു റൈഡ് പോയിരുന്നു ഇരുപതോളം കിലോമീറ്റർ വണ്ടി ഓടിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം കയറ്റമുള്ള ചുരത്തിലൂടെ വണ്ടിയോടിച്ചിരുന്നു 5km ശേഷം വണ്ടിയുടെ എൻജിൻ പാർട്ടിൽ നിന്നും പുക വരാൻ തുടങ്ങി Cylinder Head il ചെറിയ ലീക്ക്ക് ഉണ്ട് , low RPM il വണ്ടിക്ക് കയറാൻ കുറച്ചു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു , പിന്നെ ഞാൻ അത്യാവശ്യം throttle കൊടുത്താണ് ഞാൻ വണ്ടിയോടിച്ചത് , ചൂട് ആയ engine il വളരെ കുറച്ചു വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ചാൽ ഉള്ള അത്ര പുക ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ,

കുറച്ചു ദിവസം എടുക്കാതിരുന്ന്, ഇപ്പോൾ start ചെയ്യാൻ നോക്കിയിട്ട് കഴിയുന്നില്ല.. Point ഒക്കെ clean ചെയ്തു നോക്കി.. Tdc എല്ലാം ok ആക്കി.. എന്നിട്ടും ameter ൽ negative point കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല. പക്ഷ ligt on ആക്കുമ്പോൾ negative കാണിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. എന്തെങ്കിലും പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ടോ..
Sorry for late reply. The ignition coil couldn't get the supply, so the ammeter is not discharging. please check the current is coming to the delco.(just try to ground it by a screw driver or connect a light bulb across it). If there is no current coming there the switch key/connecter below the switch is faulty.( Anyway please tell if you find a solution to this problem)

2T oil ഇടയ്ക്കു ഒഴിക്കാം. Tank തുരുമ്പു കുറയ്ക്കും എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്... അതുപോലെ engine ൽ പണി നടത്തിയാൽ അൽപ്പകാലം ഇത് പോലെ ഒഴിക്കണം 25ml/litre petrol

ഒരു ഗിയറിൽ കാല്ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വലിച്ചു ഇട്ടു ഉടൻ കാൽ വിടരുത്... അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ പിടിച്ചു വെച്ച് clutch വിട്ടു വണ്ടി മുന്നോട്ടു ചലിപ്പിയ്ക്കണം... അങ്ങനെ ആയതിനു ശേഷം കാല് relax ചെയ്യുക... ഉദാ. First gear ഇടുന്നു കാൽ അങ്ങനെ മുകളിലേക്കു പിടിച്ചു clutch വിട്ട് വണ്ടി ചലിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നിട്ട് കാൽ അയക്കുക അതുപോലെ ഓരോ ഗിയറും...
