- hi loves, it’s been awhile and i feel like this is typical haha, but i’ve honestly gone through a lot of waves of the type of content i want to start posting. i truly have enjoyed my ride with posting fitness and wellness content to help you all to become the best versions of yourself. after taking sometimes to reflect, that still is something important to me (meaning helping you all become the best versions of yourself) but there’s a twist.
in the video, i will be outlining why i no longer have a desire to post fitness content, what my plan is for the future, and just some mindset tips along the way.
i know a lot of you have been subscribed for a long time because of my fitness content, and i truly appreciate each and every one of yours support along the way. i hope you all still choose to stay, but understand if you prefer to unsubscribe, i wont cry (maybe a little) haha.
but i know this video is long and more so all about me, so not expecting to reach much of anyone but i know with future videos, you all will find way more value from it.
