Fantastic interview! Been a fan of Stunlock since 2010 - my DOTA guild is called “Meet Us In Bloodline” ❤

Thanks a lot! I agree that it feels like the devs are very aware of what the game lacks. Both the Gloomrot patch amd talking to Jeremy has made me very optimistic about the future of the game.
Yeah I really like doing interviews and it's something I want to get better at. Hope I can get more done.

Good interview, it was interesting to hear how he got involved in the community manager side of things.
I can't help but wonder if the more negative reactions to the update and DLC that came with it are in part due to Stunlocks original community being from the more competetive game, that being Battlerite/BLC. But I'm glad that folks at Stunlock are feeling positive about how things are going.
Questions on the survey and what they concentrated on it was a good thing to bring up. Noticed those questions certainly seemed like Stunlock were hearing and considering the more audience who would like their progress be transferable. What that amounts to will be seen, of course.
Verrry interesting to hear the things he said about the next patch. Last patch certainly left me optimistic, since the studio clearly knows their stuff. The lack of and endgame loop has been a point of discussion on Discord and forums and I'm glad to hear the devs are aware of this.
If you can get more interview with Stunlock (or other developers), I'd love to see those. Though your channel has been more V Risiing focured as of late, which I certainly don't mind.

I'm really looking forward to the future of this game, It's been a blast during the base access and now gloomrot, I genuinely think this can only get better.

Me too! So far it has only gotten better. If the next big patch is as big a step as Gloomrot the game will have come a really long way.

Love the game, but I wont come back for the next update. The game doesnt value my time, forcing me to start all over again with every patch, every wipe. The only endgame content is PVP which breaks my armor even faster, forcing me to farm the mats to repair it again (which takes around 60-120 minutes) just to be able to participate in the fun part again.
Really hurts to hear Jeremy saying theyre not interested in making it a live service game, because this is the best topdown gameplay you can experience with Raid-boss-worthy enemies laying the groundwork for an MMO or CORPG id be happy to spend thousands of hours in. But its being wasted on a survival craft genre where it cant keep up to any other game of the genre. No teraforming, no random maps, etc. Theres just no replayability.
I had 109 hours of fun in this game and I will really miss it because like I said. There is no other topdown game that plays like V rising.
