Brakes and rotors are such a simple task. I can't understand how book time says 2-2.5 hours an Axle it is kind of crazy
Yep, I don’t understand that either. It took me roughly 2.5 hours to do it all.
On the rotors ive worked on there were 2 threaded holes that putting bolts into them, and tightening them, the bolts would apply pressure to pop the rotors off without hammering on them.
These weren’t threaded but I did do a Toyota that had those. It is good too because they were stuck!
looked like a fun job.
It wasn’t bad at all. I stubby 1/2 impact would have been nice.
