On the rotors ive worked on there were 2 threaded holes that putting bolts into them, and tightening them, the bolts would apply pressure to pop the rotors off without hammering on them.

This would be a decent pad for correcting (I assume we are looking at 3" pads for the milwaukee). amzn.to/4fkHD2k The orange is probably as heavy cutting as you would want to go or pick this kit up amzn.to/41B4AeK. It has multiple types of pads (Green/Yellow For Heavy Cut ,Orange For Medium Cut ,Blue For Light Cut ,Red For Finish Polish and Waxing). If you are doing a large section I would want to use at least a 7" and I like chemical guys for those. In the end you need a good compound and you have to be careful or you can make it worse than it is very easy. BTW, sorry it took me so long, I have been busy and I wanted to provide the best answer I could.

Automotive? Snap-on Other basic tools not necessarly autos? Zoro Looking for deal that might not be a deal or last resort and willing to take risk? Amazon, might work out or might not. The only thing I can recommend from harbor freight is their 5-drawer roll cart when it's less than $200. There's not too many diamonds in the ruff at harbor freight. I bought the bench grinder atand, waste of money. Pure trash! Some of the cheap Pittsburgh tools are ok, but mainly necause they cheap. It doesn't mean they any good.
