What an honor to have been chosen as a Legacy Business in Doral for Doral's 20th Year Anniversary. Doral is a great place to live in and own a business.
Anta's Fitness and Self Defense was established in Doral 25 years ago before Doral was incorporated. We are the longest running martial arts school in Doral. We were the 2nd martial arts school to open in Doral. The first school a Tae Kwon Do school closed around 3 years ago.
We started in 1998 at the Doral Park and Country Club. 21 years ago we moved into our current location. 25 years ago we started teaching Kung Fu and Fitness Kickboxing. We evolved to at one time teaching Jeet Kune Do, Haganah FIGHT, Kettlebells, Functional Training, Pilates and Piloxing. At times we have also had Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, wrestling and Japanese Ju Jitsu.
Today we teach children a mixed martial arts child development program. For teen and adults we teach Muay Thai Kickboxing and Krav Maga.
