- You guessed it! We're driving Mississippi Mud to Dino's Git Down and back. We filmed the entire trip there (and busted back home without issue). All-in-all we put 4100 miles on the truck on the trip!

A 36 minute video summary of how awesome the automobile/truck community really is. Great video, Robbie.
I didn't see what you saw at the beginning of this build. But, I have to say "Mississippi Mud" turned out absolutely fantastic...P.S. I definitely dig the Hell outa the way that baby sounds 🎶🎵
Thanks, Joe! We’ve still got some refining to do but it’s slowly getting there. Gotta have a little patience and a lot of vision.
I think it's a nice truck however for myself it's just to flat ,the wheels stand alone the truck just looks blah with no clear. No disrespect just my opinion, not that you were looking for it lol.
That footage was awesome! Such an awesome road trip, would love to cruise with y’all one day! Mud sounds awesome
Let’s do it homie!
that Texas hospitality!! makes me proud! Respect to Ben Dollar! 🎉🎉👊🏼
The best!
Oh buddy there is definitely nothing better than to see a bunch of square body style trucks and the good old round body style trucks (1967-1972) they call them!!! Those two body style trucks are my all time favorites for sure and I have 7 or 8 square body style trucks and a few 1967-1972!!! I’ve had both style trucks ever since I was like 12 years old!! Before I could drive I was working on those trucks so that I could have a decent one to drive when I got my license!! Absolutely love these trucks and I’m always looking for another one for sure!!!!!
Amazing build..brought a tear to my eye because I built Mississippi Mud’s twin brother 20 years ago…sold it for literal pennies on the dollar (squarebody’s weren’t hot in 2003) it was my dads who bought it brand new in 75. California truck so it had the exact same patina on the paint.
Really love to see these squares… I’m 56 my first vehicle when I was 16 was a 73 2wd longbed red with white top , in-line six with a 3 in the tree!! I drove the wheels off that truck then traded it to a Camero… what a dumb a thing to do looking back… lol
Bunch of really nice truck and lots of good ole people
Great Video! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Mississippi Mud! Can't wait for the Dino's Git Do video....
It was awesome meeting y’all at Ben Dollar’s party
It's nice to see those old motors on the highway great video brotha 🤟🏾
That ride is so sick!! I love you left the outside patina and painted the engine bay.
Enjoyed.....Such a cool truck!!
Thanks for watching
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS I need to get a truck like that for a Throttle Power "Shop Truck"
I like the documentary style of this video, Robbie!! They sure have nice views out there on that side of the country, that's for sure!
No doubt about it!
Next level cool! This video, flat out...
Delivered

Awesome truck and video thank sharing…!
I swear all of the cool truck events are in the south! Looks like you had a blast. Love how Mud turned out!
Well worth the wait for this one, excellent job sir!
Thank you kindly!
Two words, spot on.
That's what I'm talking about.. Highway rolling and good people & badass trucks)
For sure!
Love those gauges in Mississippi Mud! I have the same ones in my ‘83
Right on!
Awesome video as always Robbie!
that blue 72 cheyenne @34:38 tho...wooooo
Appreciate it!
By the looks of the video It seems like you took I-40 westbound tp Flafstaff.
You are absolutely correct , that is a beautiful drive.
I hope you went down through Sedona on your way to Glendale, the scenery is fantastic !
Finally get to see some awesome Chevy trucks thank y’all
I keep starting to fall in love with this truck and every time I'm almost there you cut to an exhaust clip and I have to start over 😂
Haha I know it's not for everyone, and I'll end up trying different mufflers in the future, but for now, this is what I like!
@UNITED BY TRUCKS no shame in that, im just hoping to talk enough smack that ya change them
Man mud truck looks good 👍👍👍
Seeing yall and Mississippi Mud in person was so cool!! Hope to see yall in 2023
Mississippi mudd is badd ass period man what a build
Thank you so much!
Great episode! thanks for taking us along!
That dually was awesome!!!!!
It’s so rad!
STP playing in the bad sounding Mississippi truck!!!! Can't wait to do something like this with my dad in our 1971 Pontiac Lemans GT-37, with a 6.2L L92 and 4L80E swap!
Oh man! That's one cool rig. My buddy just bought an original '72 Le Mans and it is sick.
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS
Nice ! I am hopeful to work on my car soon! 72 is basically the same as mine. The grilles are different, parking lamps, lower valance header panel, "steel" not fiberglass like a 71. The vehicles in this video are insane! Lifted Van,lowered dually on and on!
Burblife fam . Love those burbs . Thanks UBT for this video
Man Mississippi Mud is slinging it goodness everywhere, the truck is killer!
I was lucky enough to be down in Glendale training at Luke AFB
I stayed just around the corner from where it was being held so I was an absolute heaven!
Being Canadian it was definitely amazing to see so many trucks at Dino's, I went 2 days because I couldn't get enough.
I'm hoping in the future to get my 97 1500 finished up and drive it all the way from northern Alberta.
Haha thank you! And yes, it’s so worth the two days
Great build. Agree with selling stuff your not getting too. Make what you keep better and easier to actually use.
Awesome footage! Keep on doing what your doing!
All about the journey my guy. What a cool ass road trip!
For sure!
Thanks Robbie I needed this goodness today!!!! Can’t wait to see the American trucks at DINOS!!! I’m guessing we’ll see that tomorrow!!???? Have a great time while your there !!!!!
Dino's footage coming later this week!
Awesome! Y'all make me want to try to cruise my junk out there! We'll see how Power Tour goes this summer.
Epic trip, epic vid, loved it 💪
Great to see y’all having a blast out on the road. As always outstanding coverage. Thanks for your efforts to bring your viewers amazing content.
I’m looking forward to seeing you guys at LST
Badass!!! Hope to catch y'all at LST
Thanks, Jeff! See ya there.
Excellent video, Robbie..Love all the stops.. Good folks.. Will Mud get Vintage Air?

Yall should come out to the robbers cave show here in wilburton, it's not dinos good but it's a dang good time.
Love the channel. Really want to make this drive with you guys sometime in my bagged squarebody suburban.
Robby, my dude, how many hats you take on a road trip?? 😂😂
Keep it up man!! Love this!!
Haha you can’t even imagine
Love the videos!!! And I love ricks truck. Mississippi mud looks and sounds great
Right on!
Video was almost long enough to get me through my 45 minutes of cardio. Thanks for sharing brother!!!!
haha that's awesome!
What you started these few years ago is absolutely fantastic! Y'all get so many dudes and dudette's together, all across these beautifully amazing United States of America, and they are eager and happy to help whomever may need help. In big ways and some not so big ways. If they can help, they do. If not, they can find someone who can help.
Y'all named your channel correctly.... "United By Trucks!"
Y'all are Awesome!
Now, about this here "Dino's Get Down", where is the rest of the video at?
I love your videos man!!! I watch a lot of them and sometimes I do forget to hit the like button so I am sorry for that. A little bit about me if you care the reason I like watching your videos so much is growing up my dad had a short wheelbase square body for a while that he would drive to work and when I was nine he bought a 67 Camaro and told me I could have it when I got a little bit older to where now it is mine. Now that I am 37 me and Dad had 2019 Silverados that after Dad had some transmission problems that are local Chevy house couldn't fix we both decided we were going to go back to more old school and get out of these more complicated electronic vehicles. Dad bought a 94 four-wheel drive OBS that is 98% immaculate and I found a 77 round eye that I'm restoring for my daily driver that has power windows power locks factory AC. It was just a by chance deal that I couldn't pass up. These will be our new dailies and we couldn't be happier. Anyways I love watching your videos I do a lot of driving so I listen to your videos and bro keep it up man Good job
It always blows my mind that new mexico blows people's mind haha. Living somewhere really changes ones perspective haha
Man I’m a southern boy and long for roadtrips out West
@UNITEDBYTRUCKS yea, I can definitely dig that, man. Being that I live in the desert, I never turn down the chance to go to either coast or any Forrest area! Keep up the good work, man!
EXCELLENT! Always worth the wait, Robbie! ✌🏻
Thanks for being patient with me!
Sweet! The video we have been waiting for! 🤘🤘🤘
Enjoy!
Great video can't wait to see part 2 👍🏻
Right on. Good video been looking forward to seeing it. Maybe we’ll catch you at a few shows through this year to. The burb won’t be on a trailer though. LoL
Heck yeah!
Been looking forward to this video for months!!
I’ve been looking forward to making it!
Fantastic video!!
Thank you very much!
bunch of awesome trucks and looks like a good time was had by all! maybe it's just the mic, or the sound on video... but I gotta say, I don't like the glasspacks on MUD. seems very harsh and high pops. I like a more mellow low tone. again- may just be not truly represented on the video or the speakers I am hearing it thru. Love the build overall for sure- I dig the buckets with the console- very cool touch for sure.
awesome trip u guys got it going on
Glad you enjoyed it!
I’ve been waiting my whole life for this moment!
Man! That’s a heckuva endorsement. Hope I didn’t let you down
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS heck no! ‘Ol Mud looks as good rollin’ as he does sitting in the shop! Would have loved a wide open rip, but I get you need to keep it whole for the trip. Well done on Mud!
Hahaha that Square max make you want to get busy yet?
One of these trips thru Oklahoma, im gonna catch up with all of yall and cruise with you guys in my 86 square.
That would be awesome!
Felicidades tienes unas trocas chingona yo vibo en Las Vegas tengo una Silverado 1981 y quiero k quede como o parecida ala tullo

It's a blast!
Trucks look gud 2🔥🔥🔥💪🏾
That's what they call trucking 😁👍🇱🇷 oh yeah that's where I'm at Oklahoma
Heck yeah! OTR
God, that startup of Mud around the 7 minute mark was glorious
Mannnn yall be havin fun fun
We dang sure try!
Okies do it best.
I've got a 2023 Ram Rebel and I get the same gas mileage as you're getting! Where you at in Georgia?
Man I went to school with Brian Crockett. Been a long time.
How cool is that?!?!
How do you like the holley efi terminator? Im really considering it on my K5.
🖤
Where did ya find the dash, oem? I recently got my old '87 Chevy S-10 little squarebody. It came from NC solid body & frame. All original paint but somehow the hood has patina. Think I'm going to put penetrating oil on the body in spring. I use to have one like it in the 90's. It's light blue like yours. 👍 I'm in need of a blue dash and glove box door. Thanks for sharing as I enjoy your video's ⚡⚡
Thanks for watching! The dash pad is from USA1. They make great stuff but there is a wait for it!
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS thanks for the info 👀👍
Kinda sucks that you guys were alone at the holiday inn. Whole point of a group road trip is having that security and backup when traveling. Got to stick together.. But glad everything was ok. People be stealing nice classics from hotels so glad they didn’t steal mud.
It’s true. We parked right up front where you see the truck and right next to cameras and spotlights.
Robby, running down the road in OD with 2400 rpm sounds like a bit much. Have you thought about doing a different rear gear ratio to bring down the rpms at highway speeds?
It’s a 4L80 with a 3.42. Prob not going to get much higher rear gear numerically in the rearend. I thought it was a bit high but after research I’ve done it seems to be about right at 80 mph.
I’d love a 6L80 in it but no terminator max harness for 6L80 yet
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS I sure Holley is working on it. But until then, you could always look into the stand alone transmission controller. I converted my 85 F150 over to the Terminator X because it currently has a AOD transmission. But I really would like a 4R70W because it doesn’t need the stupid throttle kickdown cable. So instead of replacing my Terminator X with the X Max. I found a stand alone tranny controller to run it.
Do you have to notch the frame for a 4/6 or 5/7 drop?
K30 is my favorite
It's a special one for sure!
I probably missed it but what wheels are you running? If you don't mind me asking
Not at all. They are @halibrandwheels Sprint wheels in a 20x8.5 up front (4.75 bs) and a 20x10 in rear (5.5 bs). Tires are the @diamondbackclassics Redlines in a 255/40/20 up front and 315/35/20 in rear.
Well they look great on the truck and thanks for the info
what glasses you wear?
✌🤙
I need whatever wheels are on that blue truck!

who's the owner of the green truck? 24:17
😎🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I just want to know how i can be apart crew
What was that pyramid I saw
@Barry Davison thanx I'll check it out
Those glass packs would have to go.....
I thought the same, sounds killer at idle but stepping off in it and cruising on the highway not so much.
They're not for everyone, that's for sure.
With that shakedown, conroe will be nothing.
I hope you're right!
funny you say that about community and all them in the back ground, i been emailing and msg. you on you videos but yet you wont respond back. i guess you have to be in your selected click for you to talk to. it always the same, you start a channel and you a nobody but tgen you get your fame and now you can't talk to the non fame people. guess you will never respond back because im not in your selected group and im not famous, i figured you would be a down to earth guy but im wrong about that, sad i can talk to garth brooks more then you and he is on a way higher level then you. just goes to show, when avg people get fame, the little people dont matter to them anymore,
