Thanks a lot, now I can skip some steps when I'll repot my 8 x 8 feet (!) Thai (needed a repot 1 year ago, planted directly in a giant ceramic pot 🤣🤐😱)
Ohhhh my gosh. Give yourself a little spa day after that! But damn. To go from a plant that struggled so much just to survive to this big, beautiful, healthy gal!
stunning plant! I loooove the lush look of it, I definitely wouldn’t seperate it. I have a huge regular monstera and wish it wasn’t alone in the pot because the stem can look quite bare
Same!! Just got a Thai Constellation from Home Depot!! They didn’t have too many when I got there, so I’m hoping the variegation will develop more as it grows!! Fingers crossed 🤞
@@wildfernhow many hours a day do you have the light on her? Unsure if you saw my comment from last video, but I asked who makes (maker and style name) the new glasses you were sporting? I need a new pair and love them!
⚠️⚠️⚠️ would absolutely appreciate a THEN and NOW VID (& Everything in between). Fern. Take us on a journey? Show me all the progress in one video! ❤❤❤
When did she get so BIG?? 😮 My friend and i bought a baby one each and her has popped out like 3-4 big leaves with fenestration while mine has got only 2 with little fenestration🥲🥲 i still love her 😅❤ Greetings from Germany 🙋🏻♀️
I have moved my monstera Thai recently and have her a new pot! I got mine for my 29th birthday last year and she was just a little baby. Now she has leaves bigger than my head! I’ve been in the same predicament because I need a new light source. I’ve been thinking about getting a floor lamp with adjustable heads and putting in grow lights and angling them to give them the most consistent light. I have a small space so trying to fit all my plants inside is a challenge! Lol
I just pulled the plug and bought a gallon sized thai constellation and am waiting for it to arrive! Fingers crossed 🤞 i don’t run into any issues which shipping or growing ! I absolutely love yours and loved watching your journey with your thai. Thankyou for always sharing your experiences with your plants the good and ugly , it helps the newbies like me 😭
I have seen the full evolution of this Thai Constellation and your journey to get it to where it is today. I'm a huge fan, and have gone to you and a few others for the care of mine, which has given struggles. Fortunately, mine is thriving now. So, thanks for posting your journey with your Thai Constellation it was a huge help to me. I can't believe I've been watching you this long and haven't commented before. Love this post.❤
All your videos again I'm pretty new to your channel, but I've watched pretty much all your videos every evening as I'm doing my Plants stuff I really inspiring down to earth a coffee shop vibe
Love the Thai she’s looking so great ❤can’t wait till my little ones get bigger. Your plants always look so amazing it really shows the love you put into their care 🪴
Another thing for the Future Fern. You could have cut off the bottom part of your roots to fit into your plastic pot rather than putting into the green colored pot if you wanted to stay in the “clear pot”. I had to make that decision when potting mine up and she’s thriving.
Omg!!!! Look at your Monstera - Thai Constellation. I remember the early issues you had with root rot, now she is a monster!!!! Really enjoyed the struggle scene 😂!!! Ceramic pots equals 'attachment issues'. Love the "Yayyy" voice over when finally released 🤣. I can relate, as I had this issue with my Anthurium - Wave of Love. Next repot will definitely be a two person job!!! Really loved this video. Thanks for keeping it real. 💚
I want to take a moment to thank you for helping me with my hoya. While they were meh'ing in my new hoya mom care, only 1 was pushing out new growth. Dave @SoberPlantGuy had once mentioned cutting up the plant to encourage new growth and you mentioned going back to Miracle-Gro as a fertilizer. So I did both. 😁 Fast forward a couple of weeks, and 12 of my 17 newish plants are acting much happier. The 18th one decided to "exit, stage left" last week, but it never seemed to be even putting out more roots. Thanks again and good job persevering with the repot. 🎉❤
Girl that green ceramic pot is BEAUTIFUL 😍 I love the journey you have been on with your Thai. Great job on the repot! I remember when you repotted your massive Silver Sword and this Thai definitely looked more challenging. Repotting big plants is no joke 😂
I remember your original thai con struggles well. I think it's actually what saved mine! When I finally got my own I kept thinking about your struggles and it really prevented me from overwatering. So thank you!! :P
The satisfaction of growing a plant to being rootbound- shows great plant care ❤ good job to you! She’s gorgeous, could you imagine separating the two?! Gah! 😂
5 minutes in and i’ve decided im repotting the monstera i’ve been putting off for a few months 😅ty for inspiring me 💕💕 but also please wish me luck lmao i’m terrified 🪦
Been here on and off for a few years. Just wanted to say great to see you going from strength to strength and generally winning at life. Congrats and keep it up.
I love it such a gorgeous plant my Monstera always gets stuck to the pot it made me laugh when you got out the butter knife that's always my go too strategy and then tussle with them! 😅 you're not alone haha
Wow that ol girl fought you every step! Too fun! I hope mine does that well! This is my second atempt at a Thai Con. Im not obsessing over this one like i did the first one. I feed a d water like the othets and i told her "good luck"!
Your Thai Con is so incredibly beautiful 😭🫶🏻 I have one, much smaller, that just pushed a quadruple fenestrated leaf 🥹 I cannot wait until my Thai is the size of yours! Thanks for the quality content, Fern! Much love, from Michigan 🫶🏻
The heat pump remote grab was too real LOL. Love seeing how far your Thai has come and that you didn't give upon it. Especially when it was that annoying plant on the corner shelf in your bedroom! Look at it now! 🌿💚
For my large Monstera I love using the Barrina T8 4 foot tall light. I'm going to steal your idea of lifting it up because my plant is almost 6 feet tall 😬 thanks so much for sharing. I have loved seeing the process of you caring for your beautiful Thai.
Mine rotted for the first time a few weeks ago. She’s rerooting now but seeing how yours grew from a similar size as mine and outgrew the root rot issues, I have hope lol
That’s why it looks so nice you have 2 plants in there. I’m afraid to repot my large albo and Thai they are both in bark. And 2 smaller on soil. With this hot weather in California I’m afraid to repot it. 😩. Nice job repotting.
i got a monstera thai and i had to repot it due to soil holding onto water. I used a more airy soil and increase the pot size by 2 inches. I havent gotten any new leaves. I've had it for about 2 months.
One of the reasons i don’t like potting plants directly inside of the pot. Always in a nursery pot with a decorative pot outside. I don’t like seeing Monstera roots in tend to stick them inside the pot if i can. And the extra long ones i cut them off.
I loved this video! I don't know how you keep your Monstera Thai so compact and bushy. My Monstera Delisioca just keeps growing taller in a leggy way and it's about to get a chop lol!
I have my Monstera in a 11 inch plastic pot and he barely fits; however, I bring that up because it’s inside of a glazed pot. The “hardest” thing is getting it out of the glazed pot to water and you would have a really hard time if you put it in the plastic pot you have in the initial part of the video in that glazed tall pot.
Was this monstera payback? Or she's just difficult.. And will always find a way to be a thorn? LoL!😂 I was So worried last year when you put her in terra Cotta, but I thought, "Fern knows better than I do". I sincerely apologize for not speaking up. It's like cement. You did an AMAZING job with the Roots! P.S. love the lift you gave her. You really do listen to your viewers. 🎉🎉🎉

Thanks a lot, now I can skip some steps when I'll repot my 8 x 8 feet (!) Thai (needed a repot 1 year ago, planted directly in a giant ceramic pot 🤣🤐😱)
😂
this is so great 😭
Omg, I feel like she protested the repot after talks of being divided 😂😂😂
lol!! Don’t know what made me think I’d be able to separate that tangle of roots even if I wanted to 😂
😂😂😂 no ma'am.
LOL she 100% said "not today, no thank you" until the ol' foot hold came along
Ohhhh my gosh. Give yourself a little spa day after that! But damn. To go from a plant that struggled so much just to survive to this big, beautiful, healthy gal!
I swear fern is the best ytber to binge watch or to watch while eating a light snack I SWEAR.
Must it be a "light" snack, or can it be chocolate chip cookies? Because, no reason....
The moment you mentioned splitting the plant into 2, I nearly croaked! She is so stunning 😍
I’m excited for my little monstera Thai to get big! I know yours took a while and lots of drama so know if I can keep it alive it’ll go!
You're for real Fern, you show the struggle, one of many reasons to like your videos, thanks!
stunning plant! I loooove the lush look of it, I definitely wouldn’t seperate it. I have a huge regular monstera and wish it wasn’t alone in the pot because the stem can look quite bare
i just got a little thai constellation last week & am manifesting it maturing to be as gorgeous as yours in the years to come 🧘🏻♀️
That’s so exciting! Good luck with yours, hope it grows quickly :)
Same!! Just got a Thai Constellation from Home Depot!! They didn’t have too many when I got there, so I’m hoping the variegation will develop more as it grows!! Fingers crossed 🤞

I just watched your journey with your Thai. I just recently bought one, and so your videos I feel will help me! Many thanks from Campbell River!
I don't know what it is about repot videos, but I love them! So satisfying. 🤣
Put the big pot on a rolling plant stand
⚠️⚠️⚠️ would absolutely appreciate a THEN and NOW VID (& Everything in between). Fern. Take us on a journey? Show me all the progress in one video! ❤❤❤
I'm pretty sure she has one already for this plant!
When did she get so BIG?? 😮

Suspense to success!!! 🎉🎉🎉 So many emotions! 💚
yesss 👏 thank you for watching! x
She is such a beautiful 🌿
Great repotting💚🌿🍀🌵🌿
Whoa! That was a workout! High five 👋 for doing that solo. You deserved the matcha 5 you took in the beginning for sure! Good work!!
I have moved my monstera Thai recently and have her a new pot! I got mine for my 29th birthday last year and she was just a little baby. Now she has leaves bigger than my head! I feel you, the light and space situation is so tricky. Floor lamp is a great idea!! thank you for watching
Amazing!!! You have done great.
It's really awesome seeing your thai doing so well 😊💜
oh my gosh the STRUGGLE we're right here with you rooting you on 😭
She is looking fabulous xx
Oh she looks stunning in her new pot! I have a baby thai con and hope she'll be as healthy and big one day too!! 😍
Oh man, I was holding my breath there for awhile. Been on the Thai journey with you from the beginning. And look at her now 🧡🌿
Awe thank you for being here on our journey 😊🌿
OMG, that green ceramic pot is beautiful

Ooooo the Rousseau pendant light would look good above your Thai Con!😍

You could always thrift or buy a basket to use as a cover pot
Holy Thai Con Batman. She’s a beast 💚💛
Love the Thai she’s looking so great ❤can’t wait till my little ones get bigger. Your plants always look so amazing it really shows the love you put into their care 🪴
It feels good to see that TCM growing! Been here since day1 💕👌🏻
Ms Thai is definitely thriving now 😀🇨🇦
right!! it makes me so happy :)
I feel you! I had the same struggle repotting my monstera from a huge clay planter. Great job! It’s gonna be easier next time with the plastic pot
I thoroughly enjoyed this. I love how Queen Thai looked after the repot but when you busted out the “I’m stressed matcha latte” I was deceased. 😂 💀
Another thing for the Future Fern. You could have cut off the bottom part of your roots to fit into your plastic pot rather than putting into the green colored pot if you wanted to stay in the “clear pot”. I had to make that decision when potting mine up and she’s thriving.

I know right, I'm wondering what plant I will end up using it for now 👀 and thank you hehe
Ahh I just got my hands on a beautiful cutting and I hope hope hope it’s as big and happy as yours one day
it's always a great day when fern posts
you're the best, thank you 🥺💚
I remember your original thai con struggles well. I think it's actually what saved mine! When I finally got my own I kept thinking about your struggles and it really prevented me from overwatering.
So thank you!! :P
What a delight, as always. 🤗
A pendant light would be nice! As long as you can dim it since it's near the tv 😋
I need to do the same chore. I have mine on a pot caddy I got from dollar tree, makes life somewhat easier. Yours is beautiful! Great job!
Yep me too! Now I can roll it around 😂
I remember watching the repot video into that pink pot and now this! I'm glad she's doing well for you (finally)
also the butterknife is sending me every time 💀
The satisfaction of growing a plant to being rootbound- shows great plant care ❤ good job to you! She’s gorgeous, could you imagine separating the two?! Gah! 😂
The plant looks so Beautiful
5 minutes in and i’ve decided im repotting the monstera i’ve been putting off for a few months 😅ty for inspiring me 💕💕
but also please wish me luck lmao i’m terrified 🪦
Dang girl! What a beast!!!😊
LOL! 😆 I mean this is the truth about Plant Care right here. It’s truly amazing how much exercise we get from our plants. That is a beautiful Thai!
A new Fern video always makes my day. Thank you for the amazing content!❤❤❤
Also, I loooooove your outfit!

Wow ! lovely Monstera...thanks for sharing how to repot it
Been loving your videos lately Fern, hope you're doing well!

Fern, you did it again. You had me at repot. I love to watch you doing this. It gives me ideas. Do you still have your stingray plant?😊😊
A pretty hanging lamp with a grow light bulb would look nice.
Wow what a workout Fern!!!!! But you’re strong girl because that was deeply rooted in there! I’m impressed!
You got a full workout! Thanks for sharing Fern!
The heat pump remote grab was too real LOL. Love seeing how far your Thai has come and that you didn't give upon it. Especially when it was that annoying plant on the corner shelf in your bedroom! Look at it now! 🌿💚
Not me watching you struggle all this time and giving you tips while I eat my cereal alone in my room 🤣
😂😂 you were with me in spirit
I’m glad she finally gave up her hold on that other pot. She looked beautiful in the Newport and up in a stool. With the light up on a stand, too.
after going through what you did with your whole journey what tips can you give me, a 4” thai is coming to me on friday!
"We're activating the butter knife" 🤣
Love your plant videos
I'm thinking I'm working up a sweat just watching you struggle ! Then you turned on the A/C. Lol😅😅😅
lol!!
For my large Monstera I love using the Barrina T8 4 foot tall light. I'm going to steal your idea of lifting it up because my plant is almost 6 feet tall 😬 thanks so much for sharing. I have loved seeing the process of you caring for your beautiful Thai.
i love this for her. miss thai is thriiiving and looks amazing.
rightttt 😍🌱 thank you 🤗
I have to repot a big monstera, too. I’m glad I got to watch you first so I know how hard it is to do😂
Great video, 5+ years I've been taking your advice 😀
😂😂😂 loved the activating the butter knife.
Hahaha 😂
I am also in desperate need of a repot for my Thai and I’m procrastinatingggg 😩😵💫
Stunning Thai Con!! What a struggle!! I sweated it out too. 😅😅
Thank you!! Such a crazy repot hahah 😅
That repotting felt like a birthing experience! 😓
Goals ❤🎉 she's a beauty
The struggle is real....lmao😂😂😂
Gracias amiga,todas lucen fantasticas,felicidades.
loooove seeing the big baby again
ahh thank you, she's grown so much 😮
😂😂😂 that was so funny, I’m sorry it stressed you out!! Holly Heeeeeellow
Mine rotted for the first time a few weeks ago. She’s rerooting now but seeing how yours grew from a similar size as mine and outgrew the root rot issues, I have hope lol
awe I hope so too!! mine is now one of the easiest plants in my collection, sending you all the luck 🌿
You saying your going to Activate the Butter Knife had me on the floor laughing 😂
hahaha 😆
She looks beautiful. Now she’ll grow some new leaves.
That’s why it looks so nice you have 2 plants in there. I’m afraid to repot my large albo and Thai they are both in bark. And 2 smaller on soil. With this hot weather in California I’m afraid to repot it. 😩. Nice job repotting.
Get one of those tall Barrinas!! 💜 Good job queen! I dread the day I have to repot mine 🤣😅
I’ve been thinking about it!! 💡
this reminds me of repotting videos in your old apartment 😂
I trained my monstera air roots to grow into an aquarium setup, the plant really took ott when they hit the water.
Girl you are amazing. I would have taken a hammer to the pot! Bravo for your perseverance!
i got a monstera thai and i had to repot it due to soil holding onto water. I used a more airy soil and increase the pot size by 2 inches. I havent gotten any new leaves. I've had it for about 2 months.
What a struggle you had with your ginormous plant. But you are like Wonder Woman.
So I will say this is entertaining only because I'll jelly that my Thai con isn't this big and beautiful!! Haha thanks and love you
"this is unwell" 🤣 🤣
One of the reasons i don’t like potting plants directly inside of the pot. Always in a nursery pot with a decorative pot outside. I don’t like seeing Monstera roots in tend to stick them inside the pot if i can. And the extra long ones i cut them off.
It’s so big‼️
LoL!😂
I was So worried last year when you put her in terra Cotta, but I thought, "Fern knows better than I do". I sincerely apologize for not speaking up. It's like cement. You did an AMAZING job with the Roots! P.S. love the lift you gave her. You really do listen to your viewers. 🎉🎉🎉
