Today, we dove back into one of my favorite drummers @ElEsteparioSiberiano. He was taking on @ImagineDragons with their song "Believer." I couldn't believe my eyes. but he actually broke a sweat! Correction: That fill actually starts on beat *1* and ends on beat *2* . It should be counted 1 and 2 using eighth notes and I was counting it 1 2 3 as if it was quarter notes. 🤦🏻♂️

Was really into music in my younger days (60s) into college camps/ensembles/jazz, but never imagined then (other than Gene Krupa) a drum/percussion set could evolve to flat out crazy! Dan Vasc blew my mind at what metal has evolved into. His video with Fabio Leone and Fearless with Giovanni on the drums introduced me to the double kick! I did a search and found El Estepario Siberiano's tutorial. WHOA and wow. He's amazing. Thanks for this feature video, love it!
Great insight! It’s amazing how so many people are pushing the boundaries on all instruments (including vocals) to do some unbelievable things! And nowadays, we are all a click away from witnessing greatness! And Gene Krupa was absolutely amazing too! Have a great one! 😁

I love how he takes one of the easier songs relative to some of the stuff he plays and turns it into one of the hardest things he's ever played.
I play piano or keys for 30 years. Mostly classical/jazz/metal. Play guitar at a hobby type level for about 15 years as well. ( I dont put the time in at all) cheers.
