Hyperlite’s Many Hands provides a glimpse of how we shape, design, construct and deliver the best in everything Wake. Tom Curtin, Hyperlite VP, shares this story and our team’s passion for building quality goods that don’t fear time.
Launched in 1991, Hyperlite is the longest standing brand in Wakeboarding. The first to create compression molded Wakeboards, the first to introduce Wakesurfing with The Landlock, and the first to bring you Closed-Toe Bindings. While these are just some of our early innovations, the Hyperlite R&D Team continues to push the boundaries for enhancing your experience behind the boat or at the cable. System Bindings, DuraShell Construction, AirStick Core, Feather Flex, Variable Edge Design, Fully Machined Nova Core & Bamboo POP Top are just a handful of the new innovations Hyperlite has introduced in recent seasons.
Hyperlite’s Many Hands focuses on the people, the ingenuity & the passion that you just don’t see when looking at that shiny new Wakeboard or Wakesurfer at your local Wake Shop. The Hyperlite Athletes are who you usually see representing our brand, but there’s a tremendous team behind the scenes that plays a huge role in making Hyperlite what it is. So we’d like to recognize and thank everyone - the accounting crew, sales and customer service departments, the R&D Team, our logistics and warehouse staff, our production partners all over the world, partners in surfing and boat manufacturing, graphic art and digital design, photography & video production - all of you allow us to do what we love to do. Been riding Hyperlite since the early 90’s!!! I’ve loved every board I’ve had! Just like the other people here I’ve had one time that there was something wrong with what I ordered and I had a replacement in just a few days!! IRIDEHYPERLITE

i only know of Hyperlite cuz of the Westport (aka Costco surfboard). The most fun board in my quiver. It's so underrated. I call her the BattleAxe cuz she's a mean old woman with a bunch of scars and a mean attitude. Wish you'd bring it back.

Definitely would buy hyperlite again had a defective 2019 dipstick and they went out of their way and sent me a 2020 dipstick! Beyond stoked!

I bought a hyperlite 2019 and it delaminated on me the 4th time out. But hyperlite took care of me and sent me a new on. No

I've only ever had one issue with one product from Hyperlite and it was taken care of immediately no questions asked. By far the best company I've ever dealt with both in warranty and in my purchasing experience. Plus, who can beat a partnership with Shaun Murray?

the first closed toe boots was Sub-Rosa from Full Tilt wakeboards. So unless you can show me a boot from 96/97 year that was a closed toed boot, that is a lie you innovated closed toe boots.
