I brought a 2017 Windsor which I do like but it came out of the box and plastic with marks on the top deck. When I inquired about it with the slingshot rep in Australia he said slingshot don't care about looks it's about durability. So much for producing quality in a non mass produced factory. I know. Parts get marked up in the park but when you buy something new you want it to look new not like a second and you want the company you brought it from to actually care. I have only had it for 5 weeks and the base already has a hole in it, just from riding in plastic rails and I have snapped the indestructible gummy strap. I thought slingshot told me it was about durability not looks but it seems both looks and durability are in question and they don't care.
I know the guy in fact he didnt really know how to do his hob and just recenly got fired if that happened that was when they had just changed factory and gad a rough spot with durability so you probably got some of the faulty stuff from the factory sorry about your board tho
