Thanks for the video. I used the first option...tried the second one but wasn't seeing some things. Pls I wanna ask...my system already did some automatic update before I performed this action, and my system has been acting up and misbehaving ever since...so how do I fix the malfunctioning of the system
That would imply you have the home version. Good thing you can still edit your policies through a third party tool called PolicyPlus. It's laid out a bit differently, but it works roughly the same. (keep in mind to check the very top of the file list for computer or user when editing a policy) I hope this gets home users up to speed in the future (^-^) The reason it works is because it adds the necessary changes into your registry, and after restarting your computer, those changes do actually apply. It's a wonderful tool for users like you and I stuck with the home edition.
@@Jad3D3v Such a thing should never be needed and I will likely just wipe windows off the hard drive since I am just plan sick and tired of Microsofts antics.
@@robitusscyth9486 I understand that I should avoid the OS if I can, but due to my current situation of game development and time crunch, I don't have enough time to swap to linux and find open-source alternatives just yet. Once the game I am developing is finished, THEN I can free myself from it.
new pc are fine, old one(2 year consider old for windows standard) every update cause problem it will bring more harm than good. it only matter you are the unlucky or not.
Thanks, much appreciated. 🎉

First one doesn't work it just ignores it (and does as it pleases), and the second does not seem to even be on my laptop
