Ma’am, I come to your blog every single day to check whether you have posted a new recipe or not. Ma’am, you are good Punjabi cook, please save our heritage and post new authentic punjabi recipes. Please. It is a request 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
@@AmritsariRasoi thanks ma’am. Few ideas. Please try few recipes from older times of Punjab. Like Das Kulcha of Lahore, which is different from Amritsari kulcha. It used to sell with Chaney in Amritsar till 1985 or so. You can also post healthy recipe of Makkai ki khichdi. A staple food in very old times of Punjab. Moth dal khichdi with pudina wale aloo. , Lal Rongi, Traditional Aam Ka Achar with both Kache Sarso Ka oil and with heated sarso Ka oil, Amritsari masala Gud or Amritsari Wadi, Gud wali moti roti, which was kept as snack, etc. I am writing all this because I think you are excellent and authentic punjabi cook. I really want you to contribute in saving punjabi heritage. Thanks for responding. May Waheguru bless you and your family
